Once the coverall race was completed, the participants wasted no time and quickly got down to work on the quizzes. Gradually, the groups realise that in order to complete the quizzes they must not only work with other individuals in their own teams, but also the other teams whom they had deemed as competitors. Interaction and cooperation within and amongst groups are crucial to completing the quizzes. It is also the main concept and recipe for success of “The Big Picture” activity. With the quizzes completed and the paintbrushes acquired, the groups wasted no time and quickly got down to work. The groups are given coloured versions of their canvases, with certain portions left in black and white. As with the art quizzes, the participants must communicate and collaborate with the other groups to get a complete coloured preview of their picture. They quickly understood the key of cooperation with the other groups and soon the activity room was buzzing with movement and life as the participants went around asking for different colours and to match their canvases with those of other groups. 

Soon, the activity was finished and the canvases were pieced together for the final conclusion. The participants gathered in excitement, eager to see the results of their hard work. After a short countdown, the Big Picture was revealed to thunderous applause and gasps of awe. All 36 canvases had been pieced together to form a huge painting and the participants got to see how their own canvases contributed to the Big Picture. As said by David Powell during the final conclusion of the event, the purpose of the activity is to demonstrate the importance of coordination and communication not only within your own team, but also across departments and groups. The activity also signifies the importance of not only doing your own part well, but also ensuring consistency and alignment with the other groups who share the same goal.
