A beach trip with the family + 2 major panic attacks later. Feeling great. At least I had ice tho cuz it normally snaps me out of it

ok but,,,,,,,, horreid hurt/comfort where it’s the 20 year “anniversary” of the first time derek was,,,, sa’d so he’s super down and when they get back home he goes straight under the kitchen table and when hotch and spence get there, they leave the lights off and just sit next to him. eventually derek gravitates towards hotch and he just holds him while derek cries and after a while they go to bed and hotch is on one end while spence is on the other and derek just latches onto spence like his life depends on it. he’s not even crying, and none of them fall asleep so they just lay there all night holding each other and they call the day off next morning neither hotch nor spence getting up until derek does 🥲
