he stared at the photo . kids were always running around the streets . everyone did . very kind hearted individuals among the sidewalks from day to day . broken and lost people hoping for change . squatters . drugs . friendly faces . criminals . it was a colorful neighborhood .. but negan found a certain comfort in the chaos . there was a community here . he could see it . some just needed direction in life .

Harry stared at his school rival, tilting his head to the side- not really processing what the blonde was saying, he'd heard it all before hadn't he? They'd certainly known each other long enough. Maybe he should be paying attention, but the urge to just say something sarcastic and leave was really strong.

"Any damns I might give are in that spot behind me." Harry said finally, pointing backwards at a barren piece of land on the Castle grounds, "And as you can see there's nothing there... because I don't give a damn Malfoy. Your usual schtick won't work anymore."

The hellhound sat against against the trunk of a large tree at nightfall, eyes slowly closed as she became immersed in the sounds of the night around her. There was an owl perched on another tree nearby, hooting and making its presence heard and what better to sweeten the mood than a full moon? Rhea was at peace, a content smirk across her features. Just as she was about to howl at the moon to pay her respects to the supernatural and her ancestors, a rustle caused the woman to stop dead in her tracks. Hands shifted into claws in seconds, sharp and ready to attack any possible threat.

There was a tiny hint of humor to be found, at least, in this... usually, it was the other way around. She was the one tending to wounds and rinsing blood from another's skin. It was odd being on the receiving end of such care in... actually, Mahia couldn't recall the last time anyone, but herself, had tended to her this way.
