Hope everyone else had a great day!

Spending today putting together my weight loss binder for the new year! I'm definitely excited to use it and hopefully it will help me on my new journey! 😊

I haven't missed a workout in a week and a half...it feels so good to be back into a routine! I've gained two pounds but in not letting that discourage me 💪🏼 I can't feel my legs and I love it!

Last night I got myself to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks..I wasn't very excited about it but I knew I just had to get it done. When I left I felt amazing! I'm hoping this will trigger the motivation I need to continue to get my butt in gear regularly! Any advice on how to stay motivated?!

Sunday starts the beginning of my week! I'm excited to put a new routine into place and see how it goes...the one thing I'm not looking forward to is only having 1 sleep in day a week ☹️ I'm excited for new things and to get myself on a track that I will stay on (even if it's just for a while)

I've never been that into Valentine's Day mostly because I thought it was kinda cheesy and superficial...but now that I have someone that I feel truly completes me I am actually excited about it for once. Not for the red hearts decorating everything or the candy or flowers, but because it is a day set aside specifically so I get to show the woman I love how special she is and how much she means to me. Danielle, my beautiful valentine, I am going to strive to show you just how amazing you are and how much I love you every single day for the rest of our lives.
