Day 7 of #BreatheInTheChange challenge. Can't believe it's been 7 days already! Today's pose is the Butterfly pose. This is the max my thighs go down. Hopefully I'll be able to touch them to the ground in the near future. And today's theme is to LET GO! Forget what happened in the past and let it be where it belongs, in the past! How long are your gonna obsess over it? A week, a month, a year! Is it worth hurting yourself over that thing! Someone can hurt you only if you give them the power to do so. I know you have a tendency to carry the pain, the hurt, the bad memories because it's better to feel bad than to feel nothing at all isn't it? For how long are you gonna live in the past & keep looking backwards like this? Bury it in a box and throw away the key in an ocean, if you have to. Let all that has hurt you, go. LET IT GO! Loosen your grip on what isn't yours anymore. It was maybe the most precious thing at one point in life, but its not anymore. And that's okay! Don't think good things won't happen anymore. You feel you have scars left from holding onto it so tight. Don't hurt yourself like this. Don't suffocate yourself. It was dark before too, but you saw the light, didn't you? You'll see it again! You've always shown faith, hoped beyond hope, never lost it once, even when there was nothing to hope for and things were at their bleakest. You will see the light again, you will smile again, you will love again. Good things will happen. That's how the universe works. All you have to do is, like Elsa says "Let it go, let it go, let the storm rage on.. the copd never bothered me anyway!" P.s. Yep those are my Spider-Man shorts 😂. I love my shorts.
