I was just about to THANK YOU for that. I'm seriously hella in love with her and hope she comes back A LOT.
She HAS to come back. Why even bother having her parents be killed by demons because Lucifer and Sam if not? She could have just as easily been some new hunter we got no story on. I don't know how many episodes she's supposed to be in, but Cas wasn't supposed to be in that many but the fan reaction was so positive they kept him around. Maybe the same thing will happen with her.
