I was at lunch and saw cracker chips. That's so racist! Why do white people get their own chips?

Me trying Special K cracker chips.
"These are pretty good. They're like crackers...but chips." *laughing to myself* "I get it now!"
Air chips, rice cakes, and blueberries....
It all really came to a head when there were two people standing on either side of me, one eating a rice cake and the other eating those stupid, addicting, Special K cracker chips.
Literally, they were both eating carbonated air.
I get wanting to be healthy, and lose weight, la de da. But why did we suddenly resort to eating air in order to lose weight?! What happened to blueberries!? They have barely any calories! Or cheese! These things actually fill you up and aren't manufactured by Kellogg's! By eating rice cakes and cracker chips, all we're doing is putting a larger volume of food in our bodies to try and fill our stomachs with air. Literally. It's air.
I'm eating these addicting air chips as I write this, which makes me a total hypocrite I guess, though I did start off the day with blueberries. But the blueberries had been in the fridge for few days and were all fat and smooshy. Nobody wants to eat a fat, smooshy, flavorless blueberry. I want a small, tart blueberry. Blueberries are very inconvenient for our grab and go, throw things in the fridge for whenever until we get around to eating them, society we live in. We're on to the bigger and better. We've moved past blueberries. I can't eat blueberries as I stand around at a horse show. I can't throw them in my purse or rely on them not to go bad. But since when do our food choices revolve primarily around convenience?
What happened to eating healthy, natural foods? Are we fooled into thinking that air chips are a portable, tasty alternative to the blueberry? Oh, I can eat 30 chips for the same amount of calories as a container of blueberries! Well, then.
Let's play a game: what's in the air chips? (Special K Cracker Chips- Sea Salt)
-Potatoes
-Potato Starch
-Brown Rice Flour
-Canola Oil with TBHQ for freshness (no idea what that stands for. And also, these taste fresh because of something you put in it? Oh...)
-Whole grain yellow corn meal
-Oat fiber
-Sea Salt (specified as two percent or less.... how much could you possibly need when your entire chip is air... obviously this less than two percent is worthy of being in the name)
-Monoglycerides (I'm not a Bio major....maybe you are)
-Salt
-Whole wheat flour
-Soy flour
-Whey (what the hell?!)
Pretty much, I have concluded, that there isn't much natural about the cracker chip. Sorry, Kellogg's. Your way of having me lose some inches is artificial.
Our focus is on getting around things. Eating carbs and salt and STILL losing weight. Why can't we change our habits and our values as a society? If we wanted to do things right, eat healthy, natural foods, not stand for artificial shit, and give more realistic portion sizes, then I wouldn't be standing between two people lusting over their air chips and rice cakes!
This is ridiculous! Let's try to eat healthy, natural foods instead of trying to eat salt and carbs and things that aren't good for us and still lose weight. Out with chips with measuring tapes around the box and in with blueberry containers with pictures of farms on the front! Let's eat what's good and natural for our bodies. What tastes tart and delicious, instead of what tastes like air.
I should probably put the air chips away now, huh?
Are these crackers?
No, they're chips
*Checks box*
Oh! they're cracker chips!

Last week I talked about how you should never feel guilty for eating junk food every once in a while. While I was babbling on about all the deliciously crappy food that I ate over the weekend, I couldn't help but think about this commercial for Special K Cracker Chips. I bet you've seen it a million times before, but I would just like to point out how much I hate it!
It's all, "I had a 3-O'clock meeting with my potato chips and then a 3:15 meeting with my guilt. Wahhh!" Ugh, stop it Special K. Stop trying to make women feel guilty about what they eat, especially when the product you're trying to guilt them into buying isn't even healthy! People are allowed to eat potato chips without having to participate in a Guilt Fest, OK? I'm not saying anybody should necessarily make a daily habit out of eating potato chips, but sheesh, if you happen to have a few every now and then, it's not the end of the world and you definitely don't need to schedule any meetings with your guilt afterwards.
So I saw a commercial for cracker chips and I was like: We have those. So I got up to get them, and I've been eating them ever since.
