I am of the opinion that in the 'Quinlan Vos is Fox's Jedi'-verse, Fox met him by digging him out of a dumpster (he was also bleeding out and half concious.)
This also works as a headcanon. Fox and Quinlan don't have any connection, but at some point, Fox pulls somebody who's leaking blood everywhere out of the garbage, before Quinlan comes back to himself enough to promptly bite him, and then somehow manage to run away half concious. They never interact again, and Fox would think he imagined it if it weren't for the bite mark and security footage.

Came in late but still gonna try, never done one of these ‘week of’ prompt stuff before so tell me anything you think I can improve!
Just in case, its hosted by Solo Leveling Brainrot Corner!
A look into a silly AU where Ashborn has decided to stick around and Jin-ah thought it would be fun to introduce Ashborn to The Internet.
Story:
Really it had all been Sung Jinah’s fault.
See, it all started the day Sung Jinwoo died, and came back of course. He didn't just ‘Arise’ himself without consequence though.
Said consequence is namely one Shadow Monarch that didn't start out as human. Yes indeed, it was Ashborn that decided to hitch a ride. In a sense. Descending onto Earth the moment Jinwoo returned to consciousness in form with a striking resemblance to Jinwoo himself.
When Jinwoo had questioned Ashborn on why he changed his mind about sticking around, Ashborn had responded with a simple “Because I want to.”. Jinwoo was unimpressed.
Leading to the present. Ashborn sticks around the Sung residence for lack of anywhere else to stay.
Sung Jinah lazied about her soft bed after a night of hard studying. She scrolled through her latest fanfic recommendations. Jinah came across one Song-Yi had wanted her to see. Jinah sat up. “No way.” It was about her brother. Not that surprising, considering Jinwoo was THE S-rank hunter. But the tags. A pairing of him and fellow S-rank, Hunter Cha Hae-in. Nah, she just didn’t see it. Jinwoo is so not interested in women, even if he was, he was way too oblivious. Jinah glances at the other tags. Slice of life, Romantic fluff. Okay, innocent enough. But… implied sexual content? Yeah Jinah didn’t think she wanted to see stuff like that about her own brother. Jinah debated a moment to decide if she should take a peak. It was only implied after all.
Hours later Jinah realized she found the whole fandom dedicated to her brother. All kinds of forums, photos, fanart, fanfics, the whole shabang. Honestly Jinah should have expected this, but wow, people can sure be thirsty. Not water thirst either. One thing did interest her. There was one writer who had gained quite a following. Different people recommending them, the fics being discussed in different forums. This one writer seems to have popularized the pairing of Jinwoo and Hae-in. Not the pairing that Jinah had imagined becoming the OTP.
The writer just went by Yamii. He or she had great writing ability too. Jinah didn’t exactly regret going down this rabbit hole. They were just that good.
Jinwoo turns off the stove, tea he was preparing, finished. Jinwoo poured himself a cup. Jinah has been in her room a lot. He’s pretty sure he’s seen Ashborn spending more time with her. Jinwoo wonders if he should have let her teach Ashborn about the internet. Jinwoo takes a sip. Jinah does know more than he does, not that Jinwoo is going to admit he’s behind on internet culture.
Jinwoo sets down his cup, hearing a giggle from Jinah’s room. A very suspicious, scheming girly giggle. He could check through the shadows he left in Jinah’s shadow, but it would be more fun to do it himself. He walks to her room, pushing the door open without bothering to knock. “Jinah, you're not showing Ashborn weird things are you?”
“Oppa! Knock first!” Jinah protests. Jinah sits on the floor. Ashborn looks up from where he is sitting from across Jinah. Jinwoo narrows his eyes. Suspicious. “What are you doing?” Jinah rolls her eyes. “Why do you think I did anything?” Ashborn speaks up. “Your sister was merely explaining how your interconnected net of information assists the individual with creative expression.” Jinwoo stares at Jinah. Definitely suspicious. Jinah looks offended. “What? I told you I didn’t do anything. It’s just like he said. Just exploring creative stuff online.”
“Creative stuff, huh?” Jinwoo shakes his head. Probably not too bad. Probably. “Though I did not know, what you call ‘Fanfiction’, could make such an impact within your online communities.” Ashborn comments. Fanfiction? “Jinah…” Jinah looks away from Jinwoo’s eyes. “What, it's not like fanfics are bad things. Besides, I didn't even teach him about that.” Now Jinwoo is curious. “You found fanfiction on your own?” He doesn’t know how to feel about that. Ashborn nods. “I was fascinated with the way individuals can express each of their own views of a character’s personality. Though I may not understand human obsession with sexual expression.” Jinah smothers a laugh. Jinwoo sighs. “RIght…”.
Jinah smiles. “Can you believe he’s actually a really good writer for not being human?” Jinwoo sputters “He what?”
And that's how Jinwoo found out about the previous Shadow Monarch’s, his predecessor, a former king…can apparently write fanfiction under the name Yamii. And gain a following at that.
“Oh right, like you did any better when you were mortal?” He asks sarcastically, not sure if he actually wanted to know the answer, hoping he was just going to shut her up.

Would You Love Me If I Was A Worm? - 2/2 | snowbaird fanfiction
A/N: Angst with a happy ending.
...
Chapter 2 -
When Lucy Gray left Coriolanus in the meadow over a week ago, storming off after hearing her harsh answer to his ‘worm question’, he felt like he’d hit rock bottom. He turned to watch her stomping away and felt a nausea feel his gut and rise up into his throat. He almost vomited. But he caught himself on a nearby tree branch and slowly slid down the trunk until he could feel the nausea retreating, the bile simmering away from his mouth.
But his heart – his heart was still broken.
To anyone who wasn’t currently making a room for themselves in the spaces in the back of his mind though, they would think he was the one at fault, not the wounded party. After all, what had possessed him to ask such a silly question of his girlfriend repeatedly for a whole week?
Any girl would have lost her mind after the first or second time, but Lucy Gray maintained her composure for nearly five days.
At the very least he owed her an explanation, but he wasn’t sure he wanted to give it to her. Wasn’t sure she’d accept it, or, if he was really being honest, wasn’t sure at this point he could get past those guarding her at the Covey home, particularly Barb Azure, her older cousin, if he decided to be honest.
So, he trudged back to the barracks and lied straight to Sejanus’ face.
“Uh-oh. What’s wrong now? Did it not go well with Lucy Gray?” He frowned.
“She…” Coriolanus swallowed hard. “She doesn’t love me anymore.”
Because that’s what it felt like. Just like when his father…
He cleared his mind, giving his head a little shake as Sejanus approached him.
“Are you sure?” he asked, wrapping an arm around him. “I mean, did she actually say that?”
“Yes,” he said, continuing the lie. “She actually said that.”
“That’s unbelievable,” Sejanus said. “I mean, it’s hard to believe,” he amended, not wanting to doubt his friend. “She seemed so…so…so smitten with you, and when she sang that song…”
“Yeah, well, she doesn’t now.” He brushed Sejanus’ arm aside. “I don’t really want to talk about it anymore if you don’t mind.”
“Oh, yeah, sure…” he hesitated. “If there’s anything I can do to help?”
“I’ll let you know.”
And so, the days dragged on, Coriolanus getting more miserable, Sejanus getting more concerned, until one day a furious Barb Azure tracked Sejanus down in the middle of town.
His eyes widened as she stopped suddenly in front of him.
“Where is that good-for-nothing asshole friend of yours?” she spat. And he saw, very astutely, that she had a stick tight in one hand against her body. Was probably planning to use it to attack Coriolanus.
And that’s when he suspected he’d been told a fib.
“Back at the barracks.” His eyes narrowed. “Why?”
“Well!” She huffed. “Not that you deserve this information, but Lucy Gray has been crying for days. She won’t eat, won’t even play her guitar or sing, and she barely sleeps. Just cries and cries.”
Sejanus’ eyes bulged.
“And you think this is Coryo’s doing?”
“Who else do you think could have caused this?! Billy Taupe hasn’t been seen around the house in weeks, and Mayfair has stopped harassing her. As much as I hate to admit it, our Lucy Gray is head over heels for that dumbass friend of yours, and him not being in her life the past couple weeks is the only thing that’s changed and could have caused these…these crying fits.”
“Are you sure?” he asked hesitantly, taking a step back when she raised the stick.
“I don’t want to use this on you, but I will if I have to.”
He gulped.
“I mean about her being head over heels. Because to hear Coryo tell it, she told him she doesn’t love him anymore.”
“Well, that’s-” She frowned and lowered the stick. “That’s obviously a lie.”
“Excuse me?”
“Don’t get defensive. Your boy obviously lied to you.”
“And why would he do that?”
“Who knows?! I don’t know what goes on in that idiot brain of his!”
“Hey now.”
“But I will say this. Lucy Gray doesn’t give away her heart lightly. If she loved him enough to write a song about him and perform it, he had to have done something truly terrible to make her fall out of love.” She paused a beat, then gathered her strength angrily. “Has he done something truly terrible?”
“No,” he ground out.
“How do you know?”
“I know.”
“Well, you better talk to him, because Lucy Gray refuses to say a peep, and your boy is telling you fibs. She loves him still though. I’d know if she didn’t.”
“You’re sure.”
“Cross my heart.”
And then she spun around and retreated back in the direction she’d come.
Sejanus made a point to get back to Coriolanus as soon as he could after that. He found him alone on his bed miraculously and came to sit beside him. The boy was glum as could be and barely looked up.
“So,” Sejanus began.
“Hmm? Oh, hi, Sejanus.” He sighed heavily.
“I uh…ran into Barb Azure in town.”
Coriolanus ran a hand over his face.
“Does she want to kill me?”
“Have you done something to make her want to kill you?”
He shrugged.
“Coryo.”
“What?” He wrapped his hand around the back of his neck and leaned against the side of his bunk.
“Did you lie to me about Lucy Gray?”
He froze, hesitating.
“No,” he finally said, but the hesitation was enough for Sejanus to take Barb Azure’s and by default, Lucy Gray’s side. “Wh-”
He smacked the back of his head.
“Ow! What the hell, Sejanus?” He scowled.
“Why did you lie to me?”
“I didn’t!”
“You hesitated!”
“Oh, I did not…you’re imagining things.”
“Lucy Gray has been crying for days.”
He lifted his head, stunned.
“She has?”
“Yes.” His eyes narrowed. “Won’t say a word against you though, so it must’ve been really bad whatever you did to her.”
He scoffed.
“I didn’t do a thing to her. Just asked her a question, which she did not take very well. She was mad as hell, and then she stormed off, leaving me to deal with her cruel words. I’m the wounded party here, not her. She might as well have broken things off with the way she handled it!”
“This question,” Sejanus responded. “It wouldn’t happen to be that ridiculous ‘would you love me if I was a worm?’ one that you wrote on every single note for a week, would it?”
Coriolanus blushed fiercely.
“Those notes were supposed to be private!”
“Oh, god. Coryo! Why would you ask her that so many times? No wonder she’s upset.”
“Oh, so you’re taking her side.”
“Yes, I’m taking her side. It’s the only sane side to take! God, I can’t believe I felt sorry for you.”
Coriolanus stiffened.
“If you knew the reason behind it, you wouldn’t be-”
“Well then, tell me the reason behind it. And tell Lucy Gray. All she wants is probably an explanation and an apology.”
“I shouldn’t have to apologize for this!”
“For making her cry?”
“How was I supposed to know my question was going to make her cry? She wasn’t crying last time I saw her! She wouldn’t even look at me she was so furious.”
“And with good reason.” He exhaled deeply. “Look, if you don’t want to tell me, that’s fine. It’s your business. But for the love of god, tell Lucy Gray. She misses you.”
“You can’t know that for sure. She’s probably glad to be rid of me. I’m sure Barb Azure is too. She’s never taken to me, and now she has all the evidence she needs to not have me around anymore.”
“Barb Azure may want to beat you with a stick for making her baby cousin cry, but I think Lucy Gray just wants to know why you’re so fixated on this worm thing.”
Coriolanus pursed his lips.
“I’ll cover for you tonight if you want to go to the Covey house and talk to her.”
A lot of rejecting thoughts thrummed through Coriolanus’ mind right then, but not a one spilled out past his lips. Instead, he just nodded and mumbled a “thanks,” which Sejanus took as a good sign.
He got up and left him to his own devices for a while, but when he emerged an hour later and their eyes met, he knew he was going to do the right thing and distracted the rest of the peacekeepers long enough for him to get away.
…
Approaching the Covey home just after dusk, Coriolanus knew there would be hell to pay. He didn’t even know if this was still a good idea, despite Sejanus’ urging. What if Lucy Gray didn’t understand? What if she laughed in his face and told him to leave? Or worse, what if Barb Azure didn’t even let him in the house? Then the whole journey over would be pointless.
But if what Sejanus had said was true, then Lucy Gray wanted this whole mess to be over as much as he did. And maybe a few whacks from Barb Azure was what he deserved for drawing out the mess as much as he had, just because he’d been afraid.
There was one thing he could say that he hadn’t said yet that would help his cause. If he led with that, maybe there was hope tonight would end well.
Just a few steps away from the Covey home, the door swung open. And standing there was Barb Azure, swinging a stick from palm to palm.
“Is that meant for my head?” he asked, preparing for the worst, wincing even.
“And your neck and your shoulders and your back. Wherever I see fit.”
He gulped and nodded.
“That’s fair.”
Barb Azure raised her eyebrows.
“I should think so, after what you pulled.”
“Can you just give Lucy Gray a message for me? After the hitting and all that? Since you’re obviously not going to let me through the door.”
“Giving up so easily. I knew you wouldn’t fight for her. You’re not good enough for her. Never were and never will be.”
He swallowed.
“I know that now.”
Her eyes narrowed.
“What’s the message?”
“Just tell her I love her, and I’m sorry.”
A soft gasp from inside the house had him looking up. Lucy Gray burst through the opening and took in his sad, miserable appearance.
“Do you mean that?”
He looked up at Barb Azure, who sighed and backed into the house, leaving them alone.
“Lucy Gray…I mean it. I love you, and I’m sorry.”
She stepped forward and slid her hands up his arms and around his neck, pulling him in for a sweet kiss that made him shudder and exhale in her embrace, like he’d come home.
“Can you just tell me why? Why a worm, of all things?” She cradled his face between her palms.
And he knew then. He had to tell her.
“Lucy Gray, before my father was killed, he was not a nice man. I was always a disappointment to him, even at a young age. He always called me a…”
“Worm,” she concluded.
“Just didn’t make me feel very loved. Still doesn’t.”
“Of course not. I can understand that. But I wish you’d told me earlier, so I could’ve cleared up how I felt and maybe made you less…” She licked her lips. “Repetitive?”
He nodded and folded into her, hugging her tightly.
“I love you, Coriolanus Snow, as a worm or not.”
Her hands spread across his back as she nuzzled her face into his chest.
“I’m sorry I made you cry,” he mumbled.
She laughed weakly.
“Just out of frustration.”
He pulled back and cradled her face in his hands.
“I love you so much, Lucy Gray.”
Lowering his face to hers, he kissed her again and again. And she kissed him right back.
“I don’t want to leave you tonight,” he whispered after finally breaking apart.
“Then don’t.”
She took his hand and led him into the Covey home.
Barb Azure was busy cleaning. The others were relaxing deeper into the room. They looked up when he entered, but both parties only smiled weakly before resuming what they were doing. And after they entered Lucy Gray’s room, Lucy Gray shut the door behind them, and they were alone for the night.
“I’ll have to leave first thing in the morning, so no one suspects anything at the barracks,” he murmured into her hair as they snuggled on the bed.
“Don’t think about it now,” she said, pulling his arm around her waist. “Just sleep with me. Tomorrow is another day.”
He smiled faintly and drifted off to sleep, his face in her air, and his legs tangled with hers with her body flush against him.
He couldn’t remember the last time he’d felt so…at peace.
"...I've got game. I've even got canon ships to this blog. How could she just say something like that with such a straight face?" She's out in the veranda now. Muttering to herself.
Fluffy Feburary [2024], Day 2
Prompt- Eavesdrop
@fluffyfebruary
It had all started very simply, or well... Ronodin thought it had started very simply, he still wasn't quite sure how it had gotten to this point. With him sat in the Sorenson's living room, a Christmas tree up in the corner with several people glancing cautiously at him- as they should.
He had simply been listening in on Kendra and his cousin, and really, the should know better then to talk where someone could easily eavesdrop. And yet somehow, he was caught! Him! Master of hiding and deception and a million other things. (No, he was not going to give that dragon credit for finding him.)
And so. Here he sat in the Sorenson's living room. Ruth(?) staring at him, no amusement on her face as she held a crossbow- a loaded crossbow!- at his face. A few feet to her left was a rather boring looking man that he couldn't recall that name of (David? Daniel? Whatever.). And a satyr! Now, he didn't really have anything truly against them but... really? A satyr in their house? Did they not care about the furniture?
Nearest to him was his beloved cousin, son of the Fairy Queen, Bracken. And opposite his (annoying) cousin was the Fairy Queen's handmaiden, Kendra. Really, if anything it was their whole fault he was here!
Once he'd been found someone had ushered Seth away, which Ronodin found quite rude. Sure, he might've emotionally manipulated him- but everyone emotionally manipulated someone at one point or another!
...
...three hours had passed. Somewhere after the half hour mark the satyr had left the house, but promising that he'd be back later with another satyr (Nick? Newel?).
Then after the hour the plain man (Dale!) had stood up and said that he needed to get back to his chores, not before leveling a glare at him though. Really! The nerve of these people. Did they not understand how rude they were being to him?
Around two hours later, when the sun was making its descent Ruth had reluctantly stood up and made Kendra and his cousin promise to keep an eye on him before she disappeared.
And so, after the three hour mark Kendra had inquired if he would like something to eat. Now, you must understand- he was not a picky person when it came to food. But he had very much laughed in her face, which quickly made her retract the offer of food.
At the realization that she seriously wasn't going to get him food unless he apologized he pouted. Wasn't she supposed to be a 'good guy'? What kind of good guy didn't feed their guests?
Another half an hour later he finally caved and (politely) asked her to get him something to eat. Since really, he did need to eat something. Before she'd left she had made eye contact with his cousin that seemed to make him promise to keep an eye on Ronodin.
...
...an unknown amount of time later he'd been released from him bondage.
And somehow he was... enjoying spending time with his (moronic) cousin and Kendra. Perhaps it was because he felt some... peace, from being around just the two of them. The light magic that emanated from them felt like a cool balm against his skin. Like a memory of something that had once been familiar to him.
He found himself lowering his guard around the two. The barbs coming from him not feeling as venomous as they should, and the ones coming from his friends enemies didn't feel as venomous as they should either. They felt... like the snark one would expect from people who had known each other their entire lives and were friends. Not two unicorns and a mortal(?) handmaiden to the Fairy Queen who were enemies.
At some point, Ronodin realized that there was a blanket wrapped around the three of them, with another spread across their laps. He was stuck in between them but it didn't feel bad... it felt safe. Even as he felt Kendra's head on his shoulder, soft breathing coming from her as her eyelids fluttered. Or his cousin's soft voice that made him feel like he was a young unicorn again and his older cousin was telling him stories.
It felt like home. That was his only thought as he felt himself rest his head on Kendra's and slowly drift off to sleep.
