I've received my Cabin Pressure Secret Santa present today and oh my god I was so chuffed
I had arrived two days before, but I had classes during the open hours of my acommodation's office, so I could only pick it up today. So I did, and then controlled myself not to open the package all the way to my bedroom - delayed gratification and all. And then I sat on the bed and was almost ripping the cutest snowman wrapping paper ever when I remember to take photographs. After that I just couldn't control myself and ripped the whole thing apart. Sorry, cute snowman.
But yeah, the present: Fire Bringer, by David Clement-Davies. My secret santa - the amazing Theta from Texas aka thelostbecket.tumblr.com - gave me a copy of one of her favourite books and omg those are my favourite types of gifts. Theta, you've had an amazing time reading this story, and without you, I would probably never get to know it. So thank you for sharing the amazingness of it with me. I'm sure I'll have the greatest time reading Fire Bringer. Again, thank you thank you thank you so much!
