We are now 1 week away until the Mayhem of Midnights begins. To get us hyped, I created fanmade song covers which inspires the Midnights Album Cover. These are the total of 14 tracks from the Midnights album

gæmz #57 in tokyo cover art

i wanted to make something fresh for this edition. so i made a snow globe with a hand with an eye surrounded by wooden toy trees.

cover art for gæmz in 2024 so far.

this year, gæmz has been held at 3 cities and we also got a new host in tokyo, farfama and did the 31st event (#30) in tokyo and berlin on the same day. so, so far, we've only missed two months but we got 7 cover art and we are expecting* the 8th one in august for gæmz in london. it's actually nice to be able to reuse old art this way.

from august to december, i stayed in the same place. so i hosted gæmz meetup every month like i used to back in 2019. i had a couple of friends as guests this year and i collaborated with them for the cover arts for those editions.

so credits where credits due: #23: collaboration with william zack wood who showed us the world of fun physical games #25: collaboration with marie leblanc flanagan who gave us a workshop about making zines about work and games, and pen who sadly had to fly back home before the event.
