@cousinborris the base isn't my own work, unfortunately! I can make a pretty nice scenic base but I'm not THAT good, alas. I got it from Scibor Miniatures, who also made the basing kit with the fallen statue faces I used on a lot of my other Eldar models. So when I wanted the fanciest possible base for my redux farseer, that still would match the rest of my army, I thought of them.

I tried reading Rivers of London when I first caught up to Dresden Files and didn’t like it much. Recently it has been pointed out to me that it has more in common with British Crime novels like Agatha Christi rather than the Noir pulp drama of the Dresden Files, which is probably why it didn’t gel with me at the time. I was looking for more of the same.
I just have the concentration span of a potato at the moment which is why I haven’t started it yet.
have you read drake the burned man? i just ran across it I really hope there is some good cross over fics with Dresden and Verus
I have not read it. But I can inform you there are exactly zero Dresden and Verus crossovers.
In fact on fanfic.net there is 1 Alex Verus fanfic, and on AO3 there are 3. None are crossovers.
