Flandre was just watching a pile of what she considered to be junk burn. Inside a building. That she was also in. With no concern for if the fire will spread. This is why she needs supervision at all times.
For someone who was used to living in a lavish mansion her entire life, the two-story house she had been assigned to live in was annoyingly small by her standards. Luckily, the neighborhood itself looked interesting enough to warrant exploring at the very least.
She had waited until sunset before daring to leave her home, only making it a few houses down before spotting something which caught her eye. She stopped right in front of the boy, leaning forward too closely exam the small creature at his side.
“Did you buy them from some store around here? They’re adorable!” She would have almost thought it was a plush toy, if not for the fact she was pretty sure she’d seen it blink.
