Tonight’s meal was cooked on the @carsonrodizio. I haven’t used it in a while so I decided to bust it out! The belted Galloway picanha just has kosher salt and the @smartchicken_official chicken wings are seasoned with @meatchurch Holy Voodoo. The mushrooms and zucchini were drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with @opbbqrelief all purpose. The sausage is @johnsonville roasted garlic turkey. Served with some Spanish rice. Fantastic meal! I had to clean the rodizio first before I wanted to use it. For about an hour or so I scrubbed it with a towel and a green scrubber with some Mr. Muscle. Looks 1000x better! I’m using it on the Kamado Joe Classic 2 over FOGO charcoal.
