Cottage Cryptids
Many people love to take a vacation up to their cottage for part of the year, but what happens to the cottage when they aren't around? There's always a chance a cryptid will vacation there next. Cottage cryptids vary as much as the regular inhabitants in terms of behavior, but most do try to keep the dwelling in one piece at least, as they are using it for shelter. In addition to borrowing the cottage, they might even use things like jet skis, snowmobiles and dirt bikes if you have them at the cottage. Their diets consist of nearby game and any food left over in the cottage from your last visit. Do make sure to knock the next time you come to your cottage before entering, just to give them a chance to leave.
