Bc multiple characters at the pagoda of apathy keep calling him so young and maybe that’s meant to reflect how old they are or like that for an ancient cookie he’s like really young. His son’s also quite a bit younger than Hollyberry’s too. Idk I thought he was younger than the other ancients and doesn’t know about technology because his kingdom is mostly in a state of self imposed isolation.

If I ever did commissions it would be normal pricing with the background extra unless you wanted the character on a rollercoaster or amusement ride in which case the background would be free and I would give a discount. Like: character = $$, character + background = $$$, character + MUSEMENT RIDE BACKGROUND = $, Just musement ride no character = FREE.
