Cosples 2016
This weekend I was attending a ball for cosplayers in Brno in Czech Republic!
Because of having a Punkstream table on Animefest 2016, me and my boyfriend got invited by the organisors to be guests of this event. Even more, we got the VIP tickets for free!
The ball was great. This was officially the first time I attended something like this. The program was good too - some dancing performances, tombola and in the end a competition of the King and Queen of the Ball. The only disadvantage I would say to this was that the program could be more packed - the ball lasted since 7pm to 2pm, so people dont enjoy just dancing around for 7 hours... the performances were great, but it was just a short distraction from the monotype.
What concerns about food, I was satidfied :D we got four vouchers together, each with price of 50 czech coins (somewhat about 2€) for foods and drinks, so basically we didnt need to buy anything for our money the whole evening.
When the tombola was on we were excited as hell. Unfortunately, we didnt win anything (and the first prize was such a cool thing - a Nintendo consola of some sorts!)
After the competition of the King and Queen of the Ball we decided to leave to our hostel. Five hours on this social event? It certainly drains out a lot of energy.
