(I straightened my hair for this but that didn't exactly work-)

Official second cosplay of my life!!! Woah nice

It was pretty low effort I guess, since every piece of clothing used here was already in my closet. The only thing I had to do myself was the coral, which I made out of literary just paper, some tape and colored in with Promarkers™. It only took me 3 attempts to get it right, so I'm proud of that! The event I went to wasn't especially big so I didn't expect much, but ~5 people still recognized who I was and one even asked for a selfie!!! For me that's a win ✨

Also, for a better look at the glasses:

I used the thicker kind of paper to keep the coral standing straight, colored in the base color first and THEN the black outline and red circles, otherwise the colors might blend!

To make them stick together I figured out I'd cut out a piece of paper that lines up with where my lens is, and place it on the inside part, then just attach the coral to the glasses with tape (the kind I used somewhat easily can be peeled off), and thanks to the paper you won't get tape on your actual glasses.

Unfortunately this piece blocks some of your vision and really fucks with your depth perception, at least for me it did, so whenever I had the whole thing on I had to ask my friends to make sure I didn't accidentally bump into anyone- So for most of the event I took off the paper part (luckily it's easy to remove and put on and I'm pretty sure I'll be able to use it on another event sometime in the future if I wish to do so) I spent around 7 hours there and it was quite crowded so it was REALLY easier to just go around without it. Especially that every time I took it off I had to take a moment to let my eyes adjust to being able to fully see again... It felt really weird-

But idk if that would happen to anyone or it's just me, cause these are corrective glasses (shortsighted + astigmatism ✌️)
