i referred to their animal as their genus rather than their species even though both genera Chrysocyon and Otocolobus are monotypic cuz. i already have characters assigned to at least one of those species (no spoilers..!) and i hate overlap…. but both species fit them so well!! so i pussied out like a bitch and now they’re both my fan-made original species do not steal

oh and Chrysocyon is the genus of the maned wolf and Otocolobus is the genus of the manul/pallas’ cat if you had no idea what i was just yapping abt
