anon! i bought a cosplay from aliexpress and it came in very good time and very good quality, just like the picture! it's a cardigan so i even wear it as dailywear because it's so pretty and comfy -u- i suppose you just have to find a shop that looks trustworthy :o

To the anon asking about Aliexpress, I do NOT recommend their services. While Lulu got surprisingly good quality items (which is rare), overall, their items are cheap because well, cheaply made and most of the time they turn out half-assed. Plus their customer service is amongst one of the worst, if even if you try sending them one small complaint or criticism, they'll almost never refund you. I'd recommend only if you're needing a base for cosplay and have sewing skills to touch up the items.

I thought I'd post this anon's opinion relating to the last anon ask!There's actually only 2 stores on Aliexpress I trust for full cosplay, not just parts, but that's partially because they have stores outside of Aliexpress, as well as knowing other cosplayers who have used them. Remember that this is a hit or miss, so please be aware and make your own judgement! All we can do is advise!

Hello~Mhn, I’ll be specific and say while I haven’t purchased a specific cosplay, I have purchased parts for cosplay. For an upcoming cosplay of mine, I needed a corset, which I purchased on Aliexpress for about $15. It came in exactly as the picture shows, and was even extremely well wired for a cheap corset. The material, the boning, everything is actually surprisingly AMAZING quality for $15, ububu.
I also bought my Holiday Matsuri maid dress from Aliexpress last year, because the official one they linked was $65+ship, and mine was $25. It was again, exactly like the picture! The only problem I had with this dress was the fact that I didn’t wash it before hand, and thus it bled red on me, my mistake =u=; While it wasn’t the same material as the other maids dresses, and a little bit shorter on me (I’m considered tall for my weight/measurements or something..), it worked for the 3 days I needed it!
I also buy shoes on Aliexpress frequently! To say the least, I’ve never had a problem with them. It’s as eBay or Taobao is, you need to find the right stores! If you’d like, we can look through some stores together and see which is going to be the best choice! ♥

This wig was a little more expensive than wigs I normally buy, but I'm starting to realize that a cheaper wig isn't always the best option.. After shipping, it was about $40, but it was well worth it. I purchased it from Moemall Cosplay on eBay (click for the link~); it actually came with 3 separate bags inside the package, one for the main wig, one for the clip in ponytail, and one for the little looped piece Kotori has!
