#cory themself

You guys know me as Cory, of course, and you know my blog: g00d--m0urning (which I really want to change, but I'm emotionally attached to the username unfortunately).

Basic things about me are I'm nonbinary, have been since 2021-ish when I came out. I am omnisexual, and also somewhere on the ace spectrum.

I'm from the midwest, but I grew up in both the south and midwest (#childofadivorcecore). My stepdad was military, and my favorite place he was stationed was Colorado. I loved it there, very sad we were only there for barely two years.

My favorite place I've ever visited was Alaska when my grandparents lived up there. I've never been outside of North America; I want too, though, one day.

My favorite color is undetermined because I hate picking favorites. Same thing for my favorite movie, food, and anything else.

Not so basic, but still not crazy facts:

I'm left-handed, so is my mom, dad, and stepdad. I used to figure skate when I lived in Colorado! I also was on a travel softball team, a roller derby team, and I powerlifted.

I am the oldest of three children. I'm blind as a bat, and my knees are fucked up (thank you mother and father).

On top of writing, my favorite hobbies are watercolor and or gouache paint, and reading. I read primarily queer romance, and thrillers.

I'm writing my own book! Will I ever publish it..? Who knows. I have to write more than little chunks of different chapters firstly. The title is Loose Stuffing, so I have that at the very least.

Crazy facts:

My house burnt down once... like in 2022..? '23, I think.

That's about the most exciting thing about me.

I've never smoked, drank, or done drugs.. I'm a goody two shoes I fear.
