What's the dumbest way you've seen someone die?

The dumbest way? Hmm... I once saw a guy that was walking with someone. This person was eating something, I couldn't really tell what, but the guy really wanted to take a bite.

Turns out this guy was allergic to that food and was very aware of it, but the person he was with didn't know how to use an EpiPen and they accidentally injected themselves.
