SANTIAGO (Reuters) – The International Finance Corp (IFC), the World Bank’s private investment arm, is looking an independent analysis of Brazilian bank Itaú Unibanco Holding SA’s planned takeover of Chile’s CorpBanca, inside that the IFC holds a 5 % stake.
