These crispy chicken wings coated in corn starch are a delightful twist on a classic favorite. Baking them in the oven ensures a healthier alternative to frying while still achieving that irresistible crunch.
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/4 cup corn starch. 1 tsp salt. 1 tsp black pepper. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Add corn starch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to a large bowl. Toss the chicken wings around until they are well covered. Pour vegetable oil over the wings and toss them again to coat them. Put the wings on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are all in one layer and don't touch. After the oven is hot, bake the wings for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. Enjoy while hot!
