This isn't the best photo, but Facebook just reminded me that I had finished this painting 3 years ago. It's crazy how time flies. That was the last painting I had created before I took a break from my art to pursue more 'realistic' goals and career choices. Flash ahead two and a half years to my first art show in Minneapolis and this was the first piece to sell. Looking back, I'm so proud of that piece because I put a lot of heart and soul into it and at times I wonder where I'd be if I never stopped painting at that point. Today, however, I am happy that even though I had a break in between, in back to doing what I was meant to. "Coral Rain" is being enjoyed by her new owners, but I do also have reproductions of her in my shop as a poster and postcard for those interested! I've been considering doing an embellished canvas print of this one. Would anyone be interested in something like that? . . . . . #coralrain #artistlife #originalpainting #embelishedprint #canvasprint #abstractart #expressionism #artist #veganartist (at Minnesota) https://www.instagram.com/p/BwXh2H3g2S1/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=n6tz7fd0zy8e
