Backstory
Cora inherited her powers from her parents when she was born.
Sadly she has never met her parents because I killed them and put Cora in a Boarding School.
Itâs during her time there that she discovers her powers. However, since no one is there to tell Cora she is an elemental master, she thinks her powers are completely normal.
With no special training, Cora begins to overuse her power from a young age.
The power damages her eyes, and Cora gets blinded. After being called, Sensei Wu visits Cora, and immediately senses her power. He suggests that Cora spends a year with Jacob, the elemental master of sound, who is also blind.
Jacob encourages her to stop relying on her power, and use her other senses to navigate around.
From that moment, the two of them have been living together. Cora grows on Jacob and he adopts her. Cora also meets the ninja at some point after the tournament of elements!
Personality
Cora is generally shy, but can be very outgoing when she wants to.
This all changes when you are her friend though. She is the person who will scream as loud as she can to get your attention, and then ask you if she can boop your nose.
Cora is very caring and kind, but very very very stubborn. It took a long time for Jacob to get her to take one step without seeing through someone elseâs eyes. Luckily for him, Jacob is also blind, so she couldnât really use her power.
... that was until a bird sat on their window :D
Relationships
Jacob
Jacob, the elemental master of sound, is Coraâs father figure. Originally he took her in to teach her how not to rely on her power to see, but over the course of that year, they grew closer. In the end, he decides to adopt Cora and raise her as his daughter.
They get along quite well, and rarely get into arguments. However, both of them love to tease each other a lot, which often leads to them sassing each other. (Which is often about Jacobâs height, he is like, 10cm shorter than her)
Teddy (OC by @clumsinessinperson)
Teddy and Cora used to go to the same boarding school. Cora would look through Teddyâs eyes and instantly become terrified by how terrible her eye-sight was.
After Teddy and Cora got adopted by different families, they parted ways. That was until one day, when Jacob and Cora were hanging out outside Borg Industries, Cora used her power on a random citizen. Cora immediately identified the person as Teddy, who had forgotten her lenses at home.
After that day, they caught up with each other, and became best friends again! They are both friends with the ninja, so they usually hang out with them around (especially Lloyd or Cole), but they love to spend time on their own too!
Lloyd
Lloyd is one of Coraâs best friends. She loves teasing him every second she can, even though Lloyd complains about it a lot. Their silly arguments aside, Lloyd is someone Cora can always count on, and has opened up to him a lot over the years.
Also she is the ultimate wingman between him and Teddy
Cole
Cole is another one of Coraâs closest friends! Just like with Lloyd, Cora has opened up to him a lot. He was one of the first people she admitted she was gay to, which was a very big deal for her.
Eventually it becomes a habit for them to sit down and talk about their lives and their crushes who are definitely not Jay and Nya, what are you talking about
Nya
Cora had a liking towards Nya since the moment she met her. Her feelings werenât always romantic, but as time went by, Cora realised she saw Nya as more than a friend. There is no way sheâll ever tell her that though, as she doesnât wanna ruin their friendship. Btw their shipping name is watervisionshipping *wink wink*

âIâm going to kill him!â Cearalaith shrieked into the cold Northrend sky, storming in a fury towards the docks. âIâm gonna shove my mace so far up his ass Iâll knock his shiny teeth out!â
âCearalaith.â Â Stavier shouted, stomping after her, but she paid him no heed.Â
Corael, smaller and lighter than the hulking blood knight, managed to run in front of the little blonde paladin and put his hands up, forcing Cearalaith to stop in her tracks. She scowled at her fiancĂŠ. âOut of my way!â she growled.
âCear, love, donât do this,â he urged her. âYouâll only regret it.â
âTrust me, darling, Iâll get over it,â she sneered, batting his arm away.
Growling, Stavier finally caught up and grabbed Cearalaithâs wrist, twisting abruptly to force her to drop her mace on the ground.  She hauled back, but he held her almost comically fast in his grip. âDead gods, woman, get a grip. You donât want to do this. Heâs a general of the Argent Crusade; you think there wonât be consequences for your actions?â
âHeâs an asshole! And a dead man, once I get my hands on him! Sheâs my sister!â Cearalaith howled, trying to wrench her arm away. âYou read that letter! You know what he did to her! Let me go!â
âI know your sister is a big girl who can make her own choices, and she chose him.â
âLike she had much of a choice, once he knocked her up! It wasnât even her idea â and â and â and Stavier Luminiar, you let me go!â  She banged her free fist on his armored bicep, provoking both an ugly clanging noise and an irritated expression on Stavierâs face but garnering her no other results.
âCear.â Corael put his hands gently on her shoulders. âCearalaith, love, listen to me. We donât know the whole story. We only know what Ast put in the letter, in her own hurt and anger⌠and anyway, Stavierâs right. He is the father of her child, and if she wants to try to work things out with him⌠thatâs her choice. And we have to accept that.â
âNo I donât!â Cearalaith howled, tears of frustration creeping into her anger and tinging her shouts with sobs. âItâs wrong. What heâs doing is wrong. Sheâs my sister.â
âAnd arenât you always complaining that she doesnât respect your choices? Â Youâve got to respect hers, Cear.â
The boat at the docks whistled that it was ready to leave. Cearalaith sighed, and her shoulders sagged. âYouâre⌠youâre right,â she conceded miserably. âIâm⌠Iâm sorry. Youâre both right.â
Stavier frowned at her sadly and released her arm, leaning in closer to her. âCearalaith, I am sorry. I ââ
Cearalaith snapped her arm up, catching Stavier with a right uppercut neatly under the jaw. Â The big blood knight never saw it coming; he went flailing backwards without even a cry. Â âAnd Iâm going anyway!" she cried.
âCearalaith!â Corael shouted, lunging forward. She danced out of his way, whirled, swept her leg around and knocked her startled fiancĂŠÂ soundly on his ass.  In one smooth movement she grabbed her mace off the ground and began dashing down the wooden docks, shouting at the men unmooring the ship.
âWait for me!â she screamed. âIâve got a date with Bareris Darksworne!â
