Friday show always start with a colour changing drink! @ginsharish blue magic was such fun and none to worse for its adventure up the Tor. I went with @fevertree_uk Mediterranean tonic and some sliced strawberries and at first i wasn't sure. All i could taste was palmer violets! Had i chosen the wrong tonic? The wrong garnish? But as the strawberries reposed and the colour settled the delicate floral notes were lifted and sweetened by the fruits both in taste and bouquet.
