Ingredients: 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk. 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes.
Instructions: Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and coconut milk to a mixing bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients well. Add coconut flakes that have been shred. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Once the popsicles are frozen, run the molds under warm water for a short time to get the popsicles out. Serve and have fun!
