I think my boyfriend is cool for me in my life. This picture is an assignment for my photography class. My professor asked us to take a strange picture to express  some ideas which were confusing and weird.  It was difficult for me to find something strange but my boyfriend gave me inspiration. He did makeup to become a girl and I used photoshop to merge two pictures. When you see the mirror, you can see a “girl” smiling and painting lipstick. But when you turn your sight to the reality, you can see a depressed boy. What I want to express is that people who are transgenders or do not identify their gender are supposed to be brave to face yourself. I really appreciate my boyfriend was willing to become my model. He sacrificed his time and dignity to dress up. He always satisfies my requirements and support my ideas. It is cool to speak for the minority and my boy friend is cool to support them. 

I would consider this piece of artwork the coolest thing I own. When people see it hanging in my college dorm they immediate compliment it or ask where I got it from. The answer to that question is why I consider it so cool. The art was made for me by my dad, as a gift before I left home for college. He collected the shells and sand himself from the Beaches of Turks and Caicos islands, which is our favorite vacation destination. He then hand-painted the shells with the schools colors, evenly spread out the layers of sand, and then organized the shells them in a perfect U formation. He worked on this piece for a long time and wouldn’t see it as finished until it fit the definition of perfection. He has always been a perfectionist and has passed that trait along to me. I watched him make it in admiration, amazed how every shell fit. My dad rarely has time to design and make art with his demanding career so him making this for me makes it that much more special and cool. The art is one of a kind and I am proud to be the owner of it and show of my dads skills.

ernolaszlo is the best skin care product I have ever used. I started to get acne from junior high school. During these years, I almost used all the brands recommended to treat my acne. Just like many people else, I spent lot of time and money trying to self-treat my acne. But it’s so hard to figure out which product really works. I’ve used origins, Lancôme, Elizabeth Arden, Kiehl’s, fresh, SK2, etc. Some of them has a little effect, but there’s no product that can actually cure my skin, and the result is that my skin becomes super dry and very sensitive. What’s more, the acne still breakout continuously and even left many acne marks. This problem has been annoying me for many years until I met ernolaszlo, I know it really sounds like an ad, but it’s not! I began to use this brand since this product was recommended by Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn also said: Half of my beauty comes from my mother, and half comes from erno laszlo. Yes, I admit, I just attracted by these titles, but ernolaszlo really works! The set of products I use includes Phelityl Night Cream, Hydraphel Skin Supplement, and the Hydra-Therapy Skin Vitality Treatment. After using one week, my skin looks better obviously, then, I stick to use these products for about three month, the acne breakout seldom, and the acne marks are slowly disappearing. i think I’ll keep using ernolaszlo for the rest of my life, I truly in love with this brand, and this must be the coolest object I own in present.

If it was not cool enough that these small cars would jump different surfaces and probably crash and burn right after. We would also do timed races where we would see who indeed had the fastest cars. As years went on the cards only got even cooler. They went from being gas powered to fully electric like the one in this picture. Do not be fooled, these cars were probably even faster than the old gas powered ones. As I grew up the hobby grew with me, always keeping the boys in my family as close as ever.

My apples watch is so cool because it is like having my phone on my wrist. If my phone goes dead, I’m not lost. I can answer calls, text, and listen to the music. It looks cool because its not like a regular watch. I can change the band so it can match my outfit. It is also water proof which is cool because I am not stressed if it gets wet. I have always wanted one because it’s like having a second phone. I can also use it for health purposes. It will tell you how many steps you’ve done, how long you have walked, and your heart rate. All Apple products are cool. I have an iPhone, watch, and iPad. They are cool because they are popular. A lot of people have apple products including the apple watch. They are just as popular if not more than regular watches. They look high end since they are electronic, and you can change the bands to be designer. They have Gucci and Nike Bands and can come in all types of colors. My mom got my apple watch for my birthday because I was telling her how cool it was. This is another reason why I think my apple watch is so cool because it was a gift.  

One item that I own that is very cool is my pair of merino wool shoes by Le Mouton. Right off the bat the name “Le Mouton” sounds foreign, exotic and fancy which is cool. I believe the company is French but this is irrelevant so long as the name sounds cool. Another name you might have heard these shoe’s go by however is “allbirds” it’s essentially the same shoe, same material but made by a different company. This pair of shoes has been gaining popularity over the past year or two because of how lightweight and comfortable they are. While they are gaining popularity I still wouldn’t consider them mainstream as I don’t know many people who own a pair which means they are new enough to be considered cool. One last fact about these shoes is that they come in all colors and sizes and are unisex which helps their “coolness” because inclusion is cool while misgendering is uncool.
