Sometimes just one word gives you so many emotions. One smell, one photo or one song can remind you great times (or awful ones). Anyway good or bad memories, I like such associations. it helps to reflect important things or just make you smile during cold (=russian) winter. One of the association with EVS will be phraze “cool bananas” for me. Because there are so many good moments  in these two simple words. So necessary conclusions.

* Do it. I was in adventure park. I’ve never thought that I could do that: walking among the trees at a height of few metres with one rope tied around my waist. Yes, I didn’t do really difficult or super-height routes, but for me this experience was important. I realized that I (or you/he/they = everyone) can deal with fears. But there is only one way – just do it. Nike’s slogan does work – I checked it!

* Learn every day. I don’t mean reading books (but that’s a good habbit). I mean we shoudn’t say “It’s enough, I don’t want to know anymore”. There are so many things, which we don’t know (from physics to yoga) yet. The world is changing every second, I suppose we can’t stop learning. We can’t close our eyes and pretend that there is nothing important to us. Every person can teach us something new, let’s be open to these knowledge.

* Telling about your personality is good thing. For me sharing feelings and emotions is difficult even in Russian, which I know perfectly. Doing this in English is doubly hard. But when we tell to other about trouble, people can really help us. Because wherever we grow up, in whatever language we speak, we have the same problems. Realizing that we stop thinking that everything sucks. We know we’re not alone and that gives us power to start solving our problems.

*Small things can make you happier. Sometimes all that you need is sleeping. Or water. Or conversation with friend. Or good movie. I agree, in general, LOVE is all that we need (Hello, Beatles!), but this love is in small routine stuff. It’s not only in our relantionships with guys/girls. Love can be everywhere and in everything . Any action which make you happy is your love. It depends on our attitude only. But time to times don’t forget to hate something, it’s important ;)

* We’re all different. Yeah, usually all of us worry about the same stuff and we are afraid of similar things, but all our emotions, opinions, tastes, ways of lifes and etc make us unique. I’m pretty sure you will not find two identifical persons. It means you will be able to explore human nature (or human souls) whole life. Doesn’t it make our existence more marvellous? Doesn’t it make us more confident and happier when we realize “We don’t have to be like others! We can choose our own way”? I want to say “Thanks a lot!” to Nature/God/Universe/Evolution/Whatever for that, it’s our best gift.

P.S. EVS (Erasmus+ program) gives us, volunteers, a lot of knowledge. I think I could make such post every single day, but I will not. It’s time for travellings, exciting experience, languages, interesing meetings and new challenges, so I can’t waste it for writing and thinking all the time. Cool bananas should enjoy this life. Always :)
