#cookingnewbie bacon and eggs in bread cups! They're supposed to be made in a large muffin tin but I didn't have one so I improvised. The backtwo had scrambled eggs in the cups but they didn't turn out as well. The sunny side up ones work much better.. maybe bc the egg white helps keep everything suspended while it's in the oven? This was before I put in the oven - 375degrees for 20 min for creamy yolk or 24 for the solid yolk which I like more
