The only ones that would not, would be cookies that are rather delicate, research obsessed, or sensitive to loud noises, so Hero Cookies, Espresso Cookies, Dr Bones Cookies, and Peperoncino Cookies (they dislike loud noises greatly) are good examples that I can list off the top of my head. Eclair Cookies may enjoy large animals but it depends on if they are destructive or not.
