After being let out of wherever he’d been trapped in, Brady’s first thought was figuring out exactly what had happened, what had lead up to the events of the night, and who was behind the terror. Given the nature of the messages it was obvious it was someone or a group of someones with a vendetta against the scholarship students, something that was more or less obvious and bound to happen when the administration had agreed to shake up the social status of Luxe entirely.
His second thought was of Stolas. It was curious to him, a curious state to be in. Brady Davin had never been the type of man to put an abundance of care into the condition and thought of others, especially not after just one night with them. But something with Stolas had been different, and he had sensed it from practically the first moment the man, the submissive, had spoken to him. It was something he tried to push to the back of his mind but no matter how hard he tried it kept coming back. It was something to remember and unpack later, but right now he needed to find the man who he couldn’t shake from his mind. Maybe some would have thought it terrible that he thought of Stolas second. But, for Brady Davin the fact that he thought of the man at all was a feat and an accomplishment.
Walking towards the Candy Apple stand he spotted the submissive and hurried his step, his legs taking wide strides until he reached the other. “Stolas, you’re safe. And you did as I said. That’s good. Good.” The good boy was on the tip of his tongue, trying its damnedest to force itself out, but allowing it would have meant Brady admitting there was something more than normal between them, and that wasn’t something he could come to grips with just yet. That didn’t mea he wasn’t going to make sure the man was alright though, and so he did not hesitated to take Stolas by the chin, turning his neck this way and that while scouring him for marks or any visible upset. “Come. We’re going in. I do not want to stay out any longer, we’re exposed and I can’t have that. Not until we know what’s happened. Talk to me.” He said, taking Stolas by the hand and leading him towards Lincoln Hall.
