This whole train thing was weird, but Romilda was starting to like it the more she was on it. She did enjoy a little bit of drama, and she’d been hearing gossip up and down the carriages about who was talking to who, and even heard that someone had already been caught in a compromising position in a storage closet. It really was like being back on the Hogwarts Express. Romilda had never experienced gossip travel so fast as it had on that train. She’d gone to the bar cart to get herself a glass of wine before going back to the compartment, she wanted to put her jacket away. All these people on a train meant that the air conditioning was working its hardest.
Something, or someone, that interested Romilda was Roderick Flint, at least she was pretty sure that was his name. When they’d been sitting in the compartment waiting for the train to leave, she’d snuck quite a few glances at the dark haired man. He was definitely older than her, she didn’t remember him from school. As she made her way back to the compartment she spotted him standing outside, and her curiosity got the better of her. “Excuse me” she smiled, as she slid past him through the narrow hallway “Just putting my jacket away. It’s warmer than I expected.” she said, slipping off her jacket and placing it on her seat. “Are you waiting for someone?”
