               “ are you kidding me? that’s what you called me over here for? ” christian rolled his eyes and crouched in front of them, meeting their eyes as they sat near to the floor. “ i am not tying your shoes for you, you giant ass baby. ”

           “ um, i got a show tonight, so you can come to that if you want? lucky us we got booked all week in a few different spots around the city, so... ” he was only partly sorry that he didn’t have any free time, playing shows with his best friends was his dream coming true. “ you can even get in free, hang backstage and stuff. it’ll be cool, yeah? ”

           “ i know this is last minute and all, and fuck, i’m sorry ‘bout that and stuff, but i’ve gotta take my little sister to her club stuff and i’m out two staff and my parents are good for nothing, so could you watch the store for me for a few hours tomorrow? ” chris was practically as close to pleading as he’d ever gotten in his life. he didn’t want to have to close the shop for a couple hours earlier than it needed to be, and the thought of letting his nine year old sister have to catch a bus cross town alone made him want to throw up.

           “ you fuckin’ shittin’ me man? this is a store, i don’t do ‘  i-o-u’s... pay for the stuff or get out. ”

           “ sorry i’m late... i had to kick some guys teeth in... ”
