Millionaires that have $4.45m to spend may want a mansion, instead of something that's more "industrial" looking. This is the front porch & entrance. Those of us who could never afford it would love to have it, though.

And, if you're looking for luxury, you wouldn't consider this entry hall particularly magnificent, like a big double staircase. It's going to take a very wealthy buyer w/very specific taste.

Judging by the little Cape Cod house w/the bookshelf walls that we saw yesterday, this is crazy. Look at how high it is. In the middle there's a nice fireplace and this room is the living/dining room/kitchen.

This space is so large, there's a music area at the other end.

Both bedrooms #2 & 3 are down here, so to have the primary bedroom on the 2nd floor, and secondary bedrooms in the basement wouldn't be young family friendly.

0.46 acre lot. The neighbor's pools are such a bright turquoise, theirs is a dull blue, that you barely see from up here. No solar panels. I can't even imagine the heating/cooling costs.

To have 8 bedrooms they must have made rooms.

It's a big primary bedroom and they've got a little portable fireplace in the corner, plus a chandelier.

I don't see a match for this room. They must have knocked the walls down, and made the rooms bigger.

They've got a fireplace to match the beds.

This room's ceiling lights kind of match the room above, I think.

They must have made a hallway here. Maybe up those stairs is the front entrance.

I wonder what the heat situation is, b/c each bedroom has a heater fireplace.

This is so interesting. I've never seen a church conversion like this. They made closets, too.

Maybe this was a church office area at one time. There's also a photo of this room on their Instagram.

The laundry room is nice.

There's a big addition on the back. The lower part must be the kitchen and the upper part, the large bedrooms.

Large parking lot and a 0.51 acre of land. This is sad- they moved from CA w/a dream of turning this church into a castle, and they looked so happy and did so much work, but now they're selling it. Apparently they moved back to the Philippines.

There's a vast, empty area of the main church. It has an original fireplace and a modified former altar space. Look at the lighting they installed. Also, the stained glass glass windows are still intact.

This is interesting. It looks like a professional stage, but note what they did with pipes from the organ.

Look at all the flatscreens. What could this be? A game area?

I don't know what this is, but I like the floor.

They removed the old church kitchen and put in a regular house kitchen. Lots of cabinets.

Look at all the rooms.

The current owner transformed it into a showcase of museum quality Moroccan and world collections of doors, fixtures, finishes and treasures. The home was featured on HGTV's "Extreme Homes," which is surprising b/c it's not gray scale or white.

The molded lotus tin ceilings were sourced from an orphanage in OR in the 1900's.

The furniture is beautiful, but there's nothing about conveying. But, it does say that you can transform it into a glamorous restaurant, B&B, Airbnb, artist compound, communal or multigenerational living compound, an incredible coffee shop, art gallery/museum, or back into a church.

The grounds are gorgeous- look at the hippos.

Entering the vestibule, there's lovely stained glass and a nice large font.

They've got some seating here before you enter.

I don't quite understand the floor plan. I would expect this to be the main body of the church, (the nave), w/a choir loft, but thru the doorway you can see more pews. That must be the smaller day chapel that larger churches sometimes have.

They've got it set up kind of like a club.

This is nice. They have it set up as a game room, but it could also be a library, home office, or den.

They left all the pews up and made it a home theater. They've got sound equipment, a small area cleared for comfortable living room furniture, and the movie screen on the former altar.

Then, the columns appear to indicate that this must be a lower level. They do like pool tables.

So, I'm guessing that the main living space is in the lower level. They've got a big kitchen.
