Same Day as Atsumina Scene……

In the morning, around 8 o’clock….

I was preparing myself to go to work today but suddenly, my father called me to meet in his reading room. I’m really nervous when the moment he called me because I could feel the time has come now. He told me that he has something to discuss with me privately. I wonder what is it…..

*Knock*Knock*

I’m softly knocking on his door.

“Yes, Come in!”

As he shouted from the inside. Without waiting any longer, I open the door and quickly enter the room. I slowly close the door and heading closer to him. He’s sitting on the couch near the bookrack. There’s a lot of book inside this room and it’s actually my father’s mini library inside this house. It’s easier for him to fulfill his free time with reading. He loves to read and so, he loves to make research about business and marketing. Business is his life…

How I wish I could be like my father.....

Have passion in business….

“Come here and sit….”

As he gives sign for me to sit beside him on the couch. On the other side, I was just following with his command, and sit beside him.

“Yes, what is it that you wanna tell me?”

I asked him.

“Actually…. It’s about Mariko-sama…. She just got back from the US and I want you to meet with her today…….”

Before he could finish with his words, I cut him off.

“What?! Mariko? You mean Shinoda Mariko?! I thought We’re done talking about this shit!”

I’m starting to get angry, as I quickly stand up from my place. Then, before I could move myself, my father screams at me,

“MIYAZAWA SAE! LISTEN TO ME FIRST!”

I furiously move my view to him and stop for a while. I’m standing in front of him.

As he continues,

“If you leave this room without my permission…. If you leave this house without my permission!!…… if you are not meeting with Mariko-sama….. I will lock you up inside your room in this house! I will block all of your credit card and bank account that you have with you! ALSO! I will block everything until you will not be able to contact your friends and…… I will destroy your hideout place….”

His last words really got into me as I’m getting really shock! He knew I rent an apartment! He knew our hideout place!

“Are you threatening me now?”

I ask him with disbelief face.

“Think what you like…. As long as you would have a date with Shinoda Mariko today at Sukiyaki Restaurant, during lunch hour……my driver, Takagi-san would pick you up in your office later… so just follow him….”

He explained to me without looking on my face. He takes out one of the books from the rack and start reading it.

“Dad….. are you really doing this to me?! I will not going……. To…….”

I don’t have courage to finish my words and I’ve noticed that my father not even looking at me. He ignores me while flip the book’s page one by one. I feel irritating with his movement.

“You love your friends right, Sae-kun?”

He’s asking me but still not looking at me.

“Ye—yes….”

I answer him shortly.

“Then you would meet with Mariko-sama…..”

At the moment, I’ve become speechless. I don’t know what to say or what to answer him. I’m standing like a stone.

“I would take your silent as agree….. you may dismiss now….”

As he gave command to me to leave this room. I don’t have any other option except to obey with it. I don’t know what to do….

My mind becomes blank…..

I think as for now, I should just follow what my father told me and deal with it…..

Lunch hour…..

Around 1pm….

At Sukiyaki Restaurant…..

Here I am inside the restaurant as my father wants me to…..

I’m moving my view as looking around until something has capturing my eyes….

From far away, I could see a model look person. It’s her….

The famous fashion designer, Shinoda Mariko…

She’s sitting at the corner of the restaurant. She’s alone at the moment. No one with her….

Without waiting any longer, I’m making my move as heading to her. Once I arrived at her table, I start to greet her…

“Konichiwa…. Shinoda-Ojousama….”

As I bowed to her. Hearing my voice, she turns her view to me and greets me back.

“Konichiwa… please have a seat….”

She said to me. Then, as I sit in front of her, now she realized who I am…..

“Wait…. Aren’t you….. that rude waitress?! We’ve met previously aren’t we?”

She asked me.

“Yes… I’m the rude waitress….. and my name is Miyazawa….”

Before I could finish with my words, she interrupts me….

“Sae?!”

As she said with surprising face.

“The rude waitress is Miyazawa Sae?!”

She said again with shock face.

“Yes… yes… I am…. Miyazawa Sae… are you done with that word?”

Somehow her behavior annoyed me. I don’t like the way she talked to me though we’re actually on the same level now….

“Okay~  I will stop saying ‘the rude waitress’….. it seems that you are not a waitress anymore…. ”

She explained to me then continues….

“Wow~ I couldn’t believe that I was gone only for three weeks and lot of things had changed in here….. and yet, I didn’t realize that you are Miyazawa Sae…. You’re back to your family again huh?”

She asked me.

“Yes…. And it seems that my dad had arranged a date for me to meet with you….”

“Well….. correction! Actually…. Your father AND my father had arranged our date….. to be honest, I don’t really know about this meeting. I’m only following my father’s command…. To meet with you in here….and having lunch together… urgh….”

Hearing her statement somehow surprise me. Because, she seems doesn’t like me. She also had been forced by her father to meet with me in here.

“Are you telling me that you don’t like to meet me in here?”

“Yes! I don’t like to meet with you and I don’t even like you!”

Gosh! Her words are killing me! She’s so rude! Not just her attitude, she also has bitchy look on her face! I’m starting to get mad! However, while we’re having discussion, a waitress came to take our order……

“May I have your order please?”

The waitress seems rushing and not even look at us.

“Yes…. I want to introduce to you… this is my girlfriend, Minegishi Minami… Miichan~”

As Mariko said while pointing her hand to the waitress.

“WHAT?!”

Of course I would get really shock! Who wouldn’t be shocked with her statement?!

“Huh, what?”

Said the waitress when she heard Mariko’s word. After that, she turns her view to us and realize….

“Oh my God!”

That’s the only word came out from her mouth when she sees both of us. On the other side, Mariko still continues her words by saying…..

“We have been dating with each other about 2 months already…. I love her and…”

“Mariko-sama! Please stop! Why are you here? I told you not to be in my work place anymore!”

It seems that the waitress whispering to us loudly and cut her words. I’m on the other side is looking confuse at both of them. They know each other? Is this some kind of drama or what?!

“Wait… are you joking right now?  Because if you are… you should stop…… it’s not funny you know…..”

As I said to Mariko with annoying face. Hearing my words, I think I’ve made her becomes angry, as she stands up from her seat while saying,

“I’m not joking…..”

She looks at me with serious face, and then, she moves her arm and holding on the waitress shoulder.

“She’s my girlfriend. I want to tell my father about her and I don’t like you….. I also don’t wanna have relationship with you….I already have her as my girlfriend. I had enough….”

Hearing her explanation somehow I feel like my heart has been stabbed by her words! She sounds so cruel but…..

Her statement actually set me free! She has someone she loves now and I don’t have to marry her or anything like that! I feel very happy when hear about it!

“Mariko-sama… if you’re doing this to me, I will get fired again! Please leave! Everyone’s watching! Even my manager is watching at me right now! This is already for the third time I changed my workplace! I don’t wanna change anymore!”

Although the waitress is actually whispering to her, but I can hear it too. Her face seems really worried but Mariko was just ignored her words.

“Wow….. just wow!”

As I close my mouth with my hand while keep watching on them. Because of the situation seems real to me, I couldn’t hold myself anymore. As I accidentally said to Mariko….

“I don’t believe this…. A famous Fashion Designer Shinoda Mariko is having relationship with a restaurant waitress?!”

I widen my eyes and keep looking to them.

“Don’t be rude Sae…. You were a waitress before…”

Before she could finish with her words, I cut her off, as I start arguing with her by saying…..

“And you looked down on them!”

With angry tone, I continue my words,

“You looked down on people who have no status to you! And now you wanna say I’m being rude to her?!”

“It’s not me…. It’s Acchan….and I want to end our meeting for today. Send my regards to your father and you know what you should explain to him…..”

As she wants to leave while dragging the waitress, it seems that the person called Miichan starts struggling her body from her.

“Mariko! Let me go! Since when that I’m having a relationship with you?! We break up last week remember?! When the time you were in the US! I’ve texted you that I don’t wanna see you anymore!”

“Miichan~ I knew you received command from my mother to send me those texts…. I will not end our relationship. I will bring you to meet my parent.”

“What?!”

The waitress seems shock when hearing her statement. Me on the other side just realized about the situation….

“Wait! Wait! How should I explain to my father?! You’re the one who should tell him! Not me! He won’t believe me!”

As I stand up from my seat and amazingly I saw a very familiar figure…..

“Wait a second… why is she here?”

Without thinking any further, I’m furiously heading to the person’s seat. Even though she tried to hide her face from me, but I’m very confident that I know who she is…..

On the other side, Mariko noticed with my movement. She let go of Miichan’s shoulder and follows me from behind. Once I arrived at her place….

“Kashiwagi-Ojousama...?! Why are you here?”

Watching at the current situation, she seems shock. As she wants to run away, I quickly stop her by holding her arm.

“Not so fast! I’m asking you, why are you here?!”

I asked again but no answer. She only gave me overreaction-surprising face!

We were looking at each other for a while, and then, I realized something….

“Wait! Are you following me here?”

As I’m asking her again, but as usual, she was just stayed silent while looking at me. After that, Mariko suddenly appears behind me.

“Yukirin? Why you here? You know Sae? Do you guys know each other?”

She’s asking without stop while looking to both of us.

“Ahh, Mariko? You’re back? I didn’t know that you are here…. How are you? It’s nice to see you again!”

She suddenly smiles while pulling her hand from me. From my perspective, she’s actually wanna change the topic.

“Yuki-Ojousama, don’t suddenly change the topic…. Why are you here? Are you following me before? Answer my question…. Please…..”

I keep asking her as I want to know the answer. Mariko on the other side seems curious about us.

“Yes, Sae! Yes! I was following you before because I’m very curious about your relationship with Mariko. I heard about your rumors…. About Miyazawa’s Heirs Corp has close relationship with Shinoda’s Group….”

Hearing her statement somehow has drawn smile on my face. Mariko who’s beside me had dropped her jaw while keep staring to Yuki.

“Well….. you heard her right, Mariko-Ojousama…? I’m very thankful that you have someone you love. Actually, I want to introduce to you my official girlfriend…. Which is Kashiwagi-Ojousama…..please excuse me, I need to go now….”

As I hold tightly on Yuki’s hand and without waiting any longer, I drag her with me. Everyone inside the restaurant seems surprise with our entertainment. I think after this, our scandal news would spread all over the world! I don’t care about my reputation anymore! And I don’t even care what would happen after this….

As long as….

I have Yuki beside me….

I’m not sure about her feelings towards me….

Either she likes me or not….

Either she loves me or not…

Either she has feeling for me or not….

I don’t care….

As for now what I do really care is….

My feelings towards her….

As I really love her now…

No matter what status that we have….

We cannot change the fate…..

And I will accept my fate with her right at the moment….

She will be mine….

Continue from Scene 15…..

“NO!! Money is not what I want now! I WANT YOUR LIFE!!”

Without thinking any longer, I texted my brother to call the police to get help and then, I’m quickly rushing into the room and standing in front of Atsuko as I want to protect her.

“Wait Jiro-san! It was a mistake! It’s not her fault!”

As I’m shouting to him while keeping Atsuko behind me so that he couldn’t harm her. I try my best to protect Atsuko right now. On the other side, Jiro-san seems surprise with my appearance.

“What are you doing in here?! You’re supposed to be gone by now!”

Said Jiro to me.

“How did you know that?”

I’m asking him and making him doesn’t know what to answer me. His hand, the one that currently holding knife right now starts shaking. Noticed with our conversation, it seems that Atsuko is feeling curious about us.

“Wait! You know him Minami?”

As Atsuko asked to me while still standing behind me. Then, she moves view to Jiro-san.

“You knew her too Jiro-san?! What’s happening right now?! You two know each other?!”

Atsuko-Ojousama seems really shock while looking to both of us. Of course I’m on the other side, don’t know how to answer her.

“I will explain to you later….”

As I said to Atsuko. But then, Jiro-san becomes more aggressive as he’s shouting…

“SHUT UP!! BOTH OF YOU SHUT UP!!”

The situation becomes worst when he wildly swings his knife from left to right over and over again. I tried to calm him down.

“Ji—Jiro-san! Please! Calm down! Put the knife down…. We are truly sorry about what had happened to your family…. Okay….”

“SHUT UP!! I DON’T WANNA TRUST ANYONE ANYMORE!”

He screams again. As he continued…

“YOU RICH PEOPLE! Do you think you can use money for EVERYTHING?!! You think you can buy EVERYTHING with MONEY?! HAHHH?!! ……… If that so…..try to get your life with MONEY NOW!!!”

After saying the last word, he furiously swings his hand as want to attack Atsuko on my right side.

“Hiarrghhh!! You will die tonight MAEDA!!”

As he wants to poke the knife to Atsuko, with fast movement I catch on his hand. However, my left hand accidentally catches on his knife instead of his hand. I grip it as hard as I could and could feel the knife had sliced my palm. Before he could make another movement, with strong energy I use my other hand as punching hard on his stomach, making him letting go of the knife. Due to my punch is quite stronger it’s making him collapse and kneeling to the ground.

“ARGHHH!!! YOU BITCH!”

He screamed in pain while holding on his stomach.

“THAT’S ENOUGH JIRO-SANN!! LISTEN TO ME NOW!!”

I shout to him while still holding hard on the knife. I couldn’t feel my hand anymore as I think it becomes numb. I didn’t realize that my hand is actually bleeding. Hearing my loud voice, he slowly moves his view to me while still kneeling on the floor. He seems weak at the moment.

“I don’t know why are you doing this! But you need to think about YOUR FAMILY!! I know you have KIDS! JUST REMEMBER YOUR KIDS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING STUPID!! DON’T YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS?!”

My last word really got into him as he starts to cry while saying…

“I …… I—I love my kids! Of course I LOVE MY FAMILY!! *hiskk*hiskk!*”

“I thought you had changed after I hired you as my employee, but it seems wrong….”

Hearing my statement, now Atsuko who’s the one becomes angry.

“WHAT?!! You hired him?!! Is that mean he works for you now?!!”

Asked Atsuko-Ojousama with shock face.

“Yes… Atsuko….”

I answered her with guilty face.

“What?! So is this all your plans?! COLLABORATE WITH HIM TO KILL ME?!!”

“NO!! It’s not!! I hired him because I wanna help him! After you kicked him out, he lost his family! And I tried to get them back! I even begged his wife to forgive him! And she agreed! I wanted to tell him but still couldn’t get a chance because he always been missing!”

I didn’t realize that I talk with fast tone making Jiro-san becomes surprise with my statements.

“What?! You….. you talked with my wife?! And she forgives me?!”

He’s suddenly crawling and getting close to me.

“Yes….”

But before we could continue with our conversation….

“POLICE! DON’T MOVE!!”

It seems that police burst into Atsuko’s room. There was like 3 cops are currently inside the room right now as they’re holding gun and pointing to us. Watching at the situation, all of us stayed freeze and I quickly let go of the knife, as raise up my hands so that they would know that we’re harmless.

“Arrest him! He’s the criminal!”

Shouted Atsuko without feeling doubted. Hearing her statements, one of the police officers following Maeda’s command. On the other side, I could see Jiro-san was still kneeling down while making sad face to me. The police officer harshly grabs both of his hands and handcuffed it.

“NO! PLEASE! Forgive me, MAEDA-SAMA! TAKAHASHI-SAMA!! I’m really sorry!”

He starts pleading to both of us. Watching at his face…. I cannot just ignore him…..

“Anou…. officer-san…. I’ll give statements at the police station later. Just please don’t harm him…. He’s innocent….”

I said to the police officer. Then I move my view to Jiro-san.

“Don’t worry Jiro-san. I’ll help you later, okay. Just behave yourself as for now….”

I said to him with firm voice, making him furiously nodded. After that, all of police officers take him to police station to be remanded, and leaving Maeda and me alone inside the room.

“Why you still wanna help him?! He’s a criminal! He tried to KILL ME!”

Said Atsuko with angry face.

“I’m sorry……. Acchan……”

As I said with soft voice while staring deeply into her eyes. She seems a bit calm when hearing my words. As I move myself and getting closer to her, I continue to speak….

“It was all my fault okay. It’s not his fault. I’m the one who made him becomes a criminal. I’m the one who gave command to my brother to trap him on the other day. And it’s ended up he’s having a debt with my brother. But about his cheating…. I admitted that was my brother’s doing, as he sent Jiro-san’s pictures to his wife. So that’s why I wanna fix things up again. And now…. I’m begging you…. To forgive him…..please…”

This time, I start pleading to Atsuko.

“Humph…. Your fault huh? Why are you so kind?”

She mumbles to me while slowly crossed her hands on her chest.

“Well…. I just want to help him….he seems desperate now. Could you please just forgive him and drop the charge on him?”

As I keep begging to her. However, she just ignores my word while saying…

“Your hand is bleeding….”

Surprisingly, she softly holds on my hand. I almost forgot about my hand because I felt nothing. And then, she takes out her handkerchief and presses it on my palm so that it would help my hand to stop bleeding.

“I think you need to go to the hospital….”

As she said again and after that, she drags me with her….

At this moment….

I think she acts really kind towards me. I don’t know that she has this kind of feeling inside her….

Concern feeling….

I always thought she’s a cruel woman and very heartless person….

Never think about other people’s feeling….

And always being selfish… very self-esteem and arrogant person….

But today, I realize that she does have concern feeling inside her….

She looks worried about me, as I could see on her face. Even though she was like trying to hide it but she couldn’t. I could see clearly on her face expression….

I’m not sure if this is real her or…… fake her…..

But in my opinion as for now….

Kindness is above all….

Next day…..

Around 8.30 AM……..

Today, like usual I’m going to work. Last night was quite fun, although I saw her at the party, but I had ignored her. Well, she’s a stranger to me and there’s no reason for me to care about her. Also, she doesn’t even care about my feeling after she left me on the other day with so many questions. Now, why should I care? It’s time for me to move on and forget about her.

‘Focus, Sae…. Focus!’ I said inside my mind while doing my works.

During lunchtime, I’m going to the Restaurant that’s near from my workplace again. I don’t know why I was like waiting for her to appear at the place. I was like really hope that she will appear in front of me again just like last night. I think I have complicated feeling, as I don’t want to see her but I want to see her….

‘Woah…. That is soooo complicated! What’s wrong with my heart?’ I said inside my mind.

I think I love her but I also think that I don’t like her….

I don’t hate her but….

‘ARGHH! This is so confusing!!’ I screamed inside my mind and pulling my hair while waiting for my meal to be served.

I let out a long sigh while slowly rubbing my face with my hands. I take a deep breath and trying to calm. My heart is still unstable I guess, because it’s beating like crazy without stop! Whenever I think about her, my heart is unstable and I don’t really know how to make it calm. Maybe I should visit my hometown and take a break for a while….

To forget about everything….

That I have been through lately….

‘Urgh…. Maybe not…. Because I still have works to finish! Nahhh…. I will be okay…. It will be fine!’ I try to convince myself to get through all of this.

My zodiac sign is a Leo and I will not giving up so easily! I can forget about her in a blink of eyes!

“Yes! It should be easy for me to forget about someone that I don’t really know….”

After lunch break, I go back to my workplace and continue my work until 6pm.

Around 7pm…. At the dorm….

After work, as usual, I’m having a shower. I really hope something might happen but well….

Everything seems normal for today. I didn’t meet with her and didn’t even seen her shadow. I don’t know if it’s good or bad, but kinda feeling disappointed.

After shower, I’m feeling really tired. I lay down my body on my bed while looking up to the ceiling. Every time I was alone in my room, the ceiling will be like my friend. Maybe it sounds funny but that’s the fact. For a lonely person like me who doesn’t really have a lot of friends, ceiling or wall will be my friend that I will be watching at.

In a few of blinks, I didn’t realize that I fell asleep…..

“Wh—whahh…..what?!” hearing the knocking door is making me suddenly awake from my deep sleep. I’m rubbing my eyes while looking at the clock. It’s 1.30 in the morning. I wonder who is it.

“Ahh! Ha…HAII! Coming!” I’m still half-awake, then, I’m furiously moving my body and heading to the door. I open it and found out…..

“What’s going on?” I asked with curious face while looking there’s a bunch of guard in front of my room.

“We’ve got a complaint stated that you’re making loud noise in your room and we are here to ask you to slow down the noise for a little bit because you’re disturbing other people who has been living inside this dorm.” Hearing the guard’s statement is making me more confused!

“What?” I’m making a loud noise?! Am I the one who has been dreaming or the guards have got the wrong room?

“We had received a complaint that room 14 has making loud noise. So please… keep it down….” Said the guard again with clear voice, making me feeling really strange! I was sleeping before! How can I doing loud noise?!

“I’m…. I’m sorry! I will try not to do loud noise…..” I don’t have any optional except bowing and apologize to them. Maybe, my snoring is disturbing other people. And maybe, it’s too loud?

After that, they only gave warn to me and told me not to do loud noise anymore. I just nodded while keep apologizing to them. Then, I continue my sleep because I need to work tomorrow morning and due to I’m half-awake, I don’t really remember about this for the next morning. I ignore the incident without asking to other people who has been living around this place.

The next day, I’m working as usual. And just like previous day, I’ve gone to lunch by myself. Today, I also didn’t meet with her. I guess, I start to miss her because I didn’t see her face.

Her smile…..

Her laugh…..

Or even her glare…..

I keep remembering everything about her whenever I sit alone at the Restaurant….

I let out a long sigh while playing with the straw of my drink. After that, I pay for my meal and heading back to office to continue my works. - - - - -

Around 7.30pm……at dorm….

I had arrived inside my room. I’m lying on my bed for a while, as I’m really tired after working all day long. My stomach is feeling hungry but my eyelids are feeling heavy and they were like wanna close. I think if I’m being like this for another 5 minutes, for sure I will fall asleep. My view is getting blur and blur……

Until…..

*Knock*Knock*Knock

‘Humm?! Who is it at this time?’ I asked inside my mind while looking on my watch. It’s currently 7.45pm.

*Knock*Knock*Knock

There have sounds of knocking door again, making me move my body and heading to main door.

“Haii!” as I answer while open up my room’s door.

Once the door is opened, “Sae-senpai!” it’s Chenchen who’s in front of my room.

“Ohh, Hi, Chenchen…..what’s up?” I said to her.

“Konbanwa, Sae-senpai! Actually, I just want to invite you to have dinner with me! I already cooked dinner and it’s for two! Wanna join me?” she asked while smiling widely to me.

“Ahh, souka-nee… what did you cook?”

“Humm, not much… as I cooked Takoyaki and Teriyaki Chicken with rice…” she explained to me.

“Okay, but I’m feeling guilty because I didn’t help you to cook and now you’re invited me to eat dinner with you….” I slightly blush while rubbing my back head.

“Mou~ It’s okay! You don’t need to feel guilty about it! I’m the one who has invited you to eat with me! Now! Let’s go!” she grabs my arm tightly while trying to pull me to go with her.

“Okay! Okay! I will eat with you! Geez! Wait, I need to close the door.” As I said while closing my room’s door and lock it.

Then, I’m following her from behind as we’re heading to the kitchen together. While we’re walking, I don’t know why I could get the feeling that was like someone is watching at us. It’s like my intuition feels someone is watching from behind. I stop for a while and turn my view to my back….

“Humm? What are you looking for?” asked Chenchen when notice with my suspicious behavior.

“Nothing…. I thought there’s someone behind us….” I answered to her.

“There’s no one in here and I think it’s only us whose been living in this level, I mean at this side of level….” She explained to me. “I feel lonely, that’s why I invited you to have dinner with me….” Now she looks sad and scared. I think she was right, this level is really silent and kinda creepy because there are not a lot of students living in this dorm.

“Ohh, maybe someone is passing by….” I said to her as I’m trying not to scare her.

But I do feel someone is watching at us before. I wonder if it was just my feelings…..?

After that, we arrived at the kitchen and having our dinner…..

2 Hours later……

After gave thanks to Chenchen for the dinner and saying good night, now here I am inside my lovely room again. I’m not sure if I’m starting to like this room, but only this room that I can live now. Like it or not, this is the only room that I can stay for a while. I’m changing clothes to pajamas and ready to sleep. It’s almost 10 o’clock at night. However, once I sit on my bed, suddenly…..

*TokK!*TokK!*TokK!!*

There’s someone knocking on the door for the second time. ‘Is it Chenchen again?’ I’m lazily standing up from my bed and heading to main door.

“Haii! What is it Chenchen?” I open the door.

“Konbanwa and sorry for disturbing…..” It’s not Chenchen who came to my room at this time. It’s a guy with maintenance suits.

“Y-yes?” I really confuse to see the guy is standing in front of my room and complete with his tools and stuff!

“So, where is it?” he asked me.

“Wh-where’s wh-what?!” I asked him back with confusing face.

“Wasn’t it you who came to the ‘helpdesk’ before stating about the broken lamp? I’m here to repair for it. Now tell me, is it wall lamp or study lamp?”

*Info: Helpdesk in here is like a room’s service which mean if there’s any problem about the room, students can state the problem and the University’s Accommodation staff will help them to solve the problems.

Hearing his explanation is making me more confusing! When did I complaint about it? And my room is still in a good condition!

“I….I’m…. I’m not asking for anything…..” I answered to him.

“Strange….because I’m pretty sure it was stated room 14 in here…. Are you sure you’re not the one who came just now?” he seems want to have confirmation from me.

“No! I’m not!” half-shouted from my voice as I’m trying to convince him that I’m not the one who stated about it. Actually, I’m getting angry because…. who’s the hell did this to my room?!

Yesterday I had received complaint about making loud noise. Today about maintenance?!

“Ohh…. maybe I’ve got the wrong room then….” As he said and after that, he just leave me without saying any further.

I wonder who was complaining about it?

“What the heck is going on lately?! Yesterday stated I was doing loud noise…. And today is about maintenance?! Tsskk!” as I mumble to myself and closing the door.

I’m really tiring to get through all of this….shh—itt!

“Ohh well…. I should just ignore it. Maybe they are really got the wrong room….” I sigh while heading to my bed. I don’t want to think about anything anymore because I’m really tired! I need to sleep!

I take a deep breath before sitting on my bed again. I’m preparing to sleep for the second time. As I lay down my head on the pillow, suddenly….

‘YOU’VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! THIS IS THE THIRD TIMES SOMEONE IS KNOCKING ON MY DOOR!’ I’m screaming inside my mind as I’m feeling really angry right now!

“Who is it?!!” I shouted and waiting for the person to answer, but there’s no answer except….

*TOKK!!*TOKK!!*TOKK!!*

“Heish! Give me a break!” I’m furiously heading to the door and harshly open it. I don’t care if it’s the staff or maintenance or what so ever! All I care right now is my TEMPER! This is too much for me!

“WHAT?!!” once the door is opened, I accidently shouted to the person, but then, as the person sees me in front of the door….

“Ummmppphhh??!!” the person kissed me! And believe it or not, it’s YUKIRIN!!

“Ummphh! Ummpphh!” she’s suddenly moving her arm and wrap it on my neck tightly! At the same time, she pushes her body on me and making me move backward slowly.

Her other hand starts closing the door and locks it. She’s still not let me go as I’m stuck in her arm. I cannot break the kisses and she’s kissing me really deep! I’m trying my best to struggle from her!

“Hummpphh!! Huummppp!” I keep mumbling until she needs air to breathe and then, she let me go and broke the kisses.

“Missing me, Miyazawa-san?~” as she asked while smiling to me.

“Wh—what the hell are you doing in here Yukirin?! At this time?!” I said in angry tone while wiping my mouth. I think she managed to bite my lower lip before broke the kisses.

“Visiting my GIRLFRIEND of course! What else?!” hearing her answer is making me surprise! Did I misheard that she was saying I’m her girlfriend?!

“What?! Girlfriend?!” I asked while with shock expression on my face.

“Yes!”

“Who?! Me?!” I’m asking again, making she harshly grab my collar shirt and pull me to get closer to her.

“Yes! You! MIYAZAWA SAE! You’re mine! Remember?!” she tries to remind me on that night.

“How can I be yours?! You have fiancée! And you’re getting married in less than 2 weeks!” I don’t know if she forgot that she has fiancée and why does she say that I’m her girlfriend?! We just met with each other and I don’t really know about her. She’s like a stranger to me. When do we have ‘that’ kind of relationship?

‘Is she trying to make me confuse?’

“Where did you hear about the rumors, Sae? About the marriage?” she asked to me.

“Rumors?! I heard about it really clear on the other day! During the lunchtime! And inside the restaurant! You were also there! It’s not a rumor!” I explain to her with clear voice. Does she thinks I’m deaf and cannot hear?!

“Ohh~ You heard it from that old couple nee? That pathetic old couple~” as she said while slowly getting close to me. She starts to move her hands on my shoulder and gently rubs on it.

“That pathetic old couple, aren’t they your uncle and aunt?!” I just ignore her movement while keep focusing to her face. I’m still angry with her because she lied to me. Well, she never told me that she has fiancée and that also counted as lying! I knew the old couple is her uncle and aunt because the way she greeted them, she called them ‘Ojiisan’ and ‘Obaasan’.

“Yes… yess….. whatever~ Do you miss me, Sae-chan?” she asked while wrapping around her arms on my neck.

“I don’t miss you…..” I think she doesn’t know that I’m really angry right now. I frown to her while removes her hands from my neck. “What are you exactly?” I’m slowly moving back my body from her.

“What do you mean?!” she gives a confusing look to me.

“You have fiancée and yet… you’re cheating with other guy!” There’s no smile on my face anymore. I keep frowning to her as giving sharp glare to her.

“Cheating?” the way she asked, she looks like innocent girl. How can she act like this good? Should I believe that she’s an innocent girl and not a slut?! She makes me feeling hesitation now…. I want to know the truth from her! She should be honest with me and explain everything about her!

“Yes! Cheating! There was a guy who has been looking for you on the other day, remember?! And here you are now…. Claiming me as your girlfriend?! Are you BISEXUAL?! You are not just only a SLUT aren’t you?” I don’t care if my words hurt her feeling. Due to I’m very very angry right now, I don’t care about anything anymore.

I could see she’s changing her face when hearing my statement. From smile, now she frowns to me. I bet she wants to get angry after heard that ‘word’.

“Is that what you think of me, Sae? I knew you’re angry with me and that’s why you keep calling me slut and so on…. No matter what, you’re still mine! And no one can have you except me! I will not letting ‘that girl’ to get close with you!” as she said with serious face and clear voice. ‘That girl’ that she was talking about…

“That girl…. You mean Chenchen?!” I’m asking her with curious face as I want to know. Does she feeling jealous of me with Chenchen? “You’ve stalked on me?!” I added again with shock face. So that means, my instinct was right. She’s the person who was watching on me with Chenchen before. She’s the one! “No wonder…..”

She didn’t answer my question but saying that… “You’re mine, Sae! Make me yours!~” ….as she said with innocent face while moving her body closer to me. She moves her hands around my neck again and keeps smiling to me. She keeps saying that words make me feeling slightly annoying with her. But I was just ignored her movement.

“You have fiancée, Yukirin! You don’t have right to be jealous with me and Chenchen!” I said in firm voice. I was right then, she does feeling jealous with me is getting closer with Chenchen.

“Aren’t you also being jealous of me with my fiancée?” hearing her question is making me surprise a little bit.

“I’m not!” I quickly answer her with half-shouted voice.

“You keep mentioning about him and I think you are really jealous because you get angry whenever you talked about him…” her explanation somehow making me speechless. I think she was right because I am jealous actually….

“I….. I’m— I’m not…” I try to move back my body but I forgot that her arms are still around my neck and I currently stuck with her. I look away and blushing deeply. I tried to deny, however, my honest face cannot lie to her. “I’m not jealous!” I said to her again but then she’s suddenly kissing my lips and makes me silent for a while.

After a while in kissing me, she broke the kiss while saying, “Tell me honestly, Sae…..what do you think about me?” She looks deeply into my eyes. “I knew you called me slut just because you are angry. I don’t have any optional except must follow them to go to the party. They had booked a place at the nightclub that’s nearby the office. I really hope it will ended very soon. However, my wish is not coming true as we spend about 5 hours in there. At first we have dinner, after that, they start karaoke for 3 hours! Now, they have been drinking until they get drunk!

I tried my best to excuse myself to go back to my dorm.

I’m feeling really relieve because he let me go. After saying goodnight and goodbye to my colleagues, I’m heading out of the karaoke’s room. “Kyyyaa!! LET ME GOO! Let me goo! You idiot guy!” screamed the girl with high pitch tone. It’s kinda loud and that’s why I could hear her. Somehow, her voice kinda familiar to me, making me searching for her. Once I saw her face….

“YUKI?!” I accidentally shout her name, making she looks at me with widen eyes. She’s trying to struggle from a guy who was holding her hand tightly. She seems want to escape from him.

“SAE! HELP ME!” she screams to me after saw me that’s near from her. There are currently have 4 guys standing around her. And they are laughing and were like teasing her.

“Who is that? Is he your other ‘secret’ guy?” asked one of the guys while this time, he holds on her waist tightly. He’s trying to lock her in his embrace.

Me on the other side want to make a move, however when hearing the other guy’s statement is making me suddenly freeze at my place.

“How many guys that your sister slept with? She’s really a slut aren’t she?” as he asks to the person who’s standing beside him.

‘What?! A sister?! Who’s sister?! His sister?!’ I asked inside my mind while looking to the guy that has been asked by the other guy. I think I knew the guy! On the first day that we’ve met, the guy who was looking for her while we were in the shower room. She has a lot of boyfriends? How could it be? This is her fiancée! Not her boyfriend! What is she? She’s cheating? She’s really a slut or what?!

There are so many questions appeared inside my mind. I want the answers….

But I could guess….. I don’t have the right to get the answer because I don’t even know her!

- - - After having shower, I go to the kitchen, as I want to have some breakfast. There have kitchens inside this dorm that students can cook their meal. The kitchen will be provided in each hall. This dorm has 5 levels and each level I think will have 2 kitchens. For example, my kitchen hall is 2 and only room 14 until room 28 will have same kitchen. For the room 1 until 13 will have kitchen hall 1. The kitchen is kinda big, trust me because each kitchen will have 2 set of stoves. Once I’m in there, there’s someone is currently cooking inside the kitchen. She’s a girl and I think she’s an international student. Seeing me that suddenly enter inside the kitchen, she greeted me.

“Ahh! Ohayou gozaimasu!” as she bowed to me when see me.

“Ahh, Ohaiyo!” I bowed back to her.

“I’m living in room 17. I’m from China and sorry if my pronunciation is not really good. I’m still learning in how to speak correctly in Japanese. I hope you can understand me…” she bowed again.

“Ahh! It’s okay! I can understand you! You speak really well! Haha! I’m living in room 14. My name is Miyazawa Sae. You can just call me Sae…” I said to her while rubbing my back neck.

“Yes! I’m a transfer student and currently having a short semester. My room is beside the kitchen, it was just nearby…” she explained to me.

“Yeah… yeah… I noticed that…” as I said to her. “Anyway… I’m a first year student and currently doing placement job… nice to meet you, Chenchen!” I added again while smiling to her.

“Nice to meet you too, Sae-kun…” cannot blame her because I think she thought I’m a guy! Yet, I’m wearing formal outfit again to go to work.

It’s lunchtime, but today I don’t have any feelings wanna eat at the outside. I decided wanna have my lunch on my desk! I think if only us that are staying inside the dorm, we can get along….. together. I mean, I don’t have friends that can accompany me to go shopping groceries. I’m still trying to control my temper, if not for sure I need to pay for the damage that I had done to this door.

‘The door is fine…’ I said inside my mind while suddenly thought how can she enter inside my room before without breaking it? ‘Does she has a key to get inside my room?!’ that’s the question appeared inside my mind.

“She has the key? How come she has my room key?” I mumble while put down my bag pack and resting on my bed for a while. I look up on ceiling again while lying on the bed.

My heart feels empty and I don’t know why do I have this kind of feeling?

While I’ve been thinking about her, then suddenly I remember about Chenchen. I wanna inform her that…. if ever she wants to buy groceries, I wanted to follow her so that we could go together. I’m slowly get up from my bed and heading to the kitchen. Of course I will lock my room’s door. I will lock my room even if I go to the toilet. I never let my room unlocked!

I could guess that Chenchen will be inside the kitchen because it’s almost 7pm now and for sure she wants to have dinner. Once I open the door, I saw her staring on the notice board that hanging on the wall. Then, she noticed me whose enter inside the kitchen.

“Ahh! Sae-san, you’re here!” she said to me.

“Haii~ What are you looking at?” I asked her while getting closer to her.

“Have you noticed about this? We have gathering night tonight, and it’s for dorm-mate gathering!” she explained to me.

“Dorm-mate gathering?” as I asked while lift up one of my eyebrows. “Ohh, I know! It’s for students to get know with each other in this dorm! It was like a social party.” I explained to her.

“It will start at 8 o’clock… you wanna join?” she asked me.

“Ohh, I’m not sure…. I’ve never been to a party before because I don’t have formal dress to wear….” I answer her with blush while rubbing my back neck.

“Awww~ You don’t need to wear dress to go to a party. You can just wear your formal suit! Or casual, it doesn’t matter!” she said to me with excited face.

“Really?”

“Yes! Come on! This is my first time to go to the party in here! I wanna go there, but I don’t have friends to accompany me. Can you go with me?” as she asked again.

“Ummm, okay. Fine then…. if you say so… I will accompany you….” I don’t wanna disappointed her so I accept her invitation to go with her.

“Yeayy! Thank you Sae-senpai!” she said with cheer face while clinging her hand onto my arm. “Can I call you that?” she suddenly asks me.

“Sure… no problem.” I smile to her. She’s so cute right now and I don’t know why, because I think I start to like her. We were like getting along although we just knew with each other and I’m feeling comfortable whenever I’m with her.

“Oh, sorry if I disturb you to cook for dinner….” She’s suddenly moved her body away from me when she thought I wanna cook for my dinner.

“Ahh, no… Actually, I wanna ask you that….. if you wanna go buy groceries later, can I go with you?” I asked her.

“Yeah, sure! Besides, I also almost out of stock now! Hehe~” she grinned to me.

“Okay, cool… I will prepare myself now to go to the party. I will go to your room once I’m ready…” I said to her while slowly moving my body.

I don’t know if people will be misunderstand about us, because I do admitted that I look like a guy while she’s looked like my girlfriend. We’re heading to the party together. She’s still holding my arm until we reach at the place. The party is currently held inside the main hall that’s located beside the dorm. It’s kinda big actually and due to don’t have many people, it looks……

“Unn? Did you said something?” she asked me and thank goodness she can’t really hear what I was saying just now.

“Ahh, nothing….I was just saying not bad…. Still have people! Haha!” I could see there are about 35 people inside the hall now and there’s a loud music that’s playing in here to make the environment becomes lively.

While we’re looking around, suddenly….

“Welcome! Welcome! Come here and join us!!” there’s someone is inviting us to seat in a group of people. I could guess she’s one of the accommodation staffs who are in charge for this party.

“Ohh, yeah! Sure! Thank you!” as I said while leading Chenchen to go inside the group.

We’re sitting on a chair that has been provided in here. I also can see snacks and drinks have served in here.

“Please help yourself and don’t forget to communicate with other students too! Get to know with each other!” as she said while leaving us to socialize with other students.

“Okay.. okay…..” I said while looking around. I had noticed there’s group of girls that currently chatting with each other. There are about 16 girls while boys are around 14 or 15? I’m not sure….

As expected…. I think I saw someone very familiar…..

“Do you wanna have some snacks? Or soft drinks? I can take for you!” said Chenchen to me as she offers to take snacks for me.

“Here! Have this!” she’s handing the drink to me while put the snacks on the small table that’s located between her seat and my seat. Me on the other side, accept the soft drink from her.

“Thank you….” As I said while start drinking.

“It’s really fun! Although, don’t have many people but at least, I get a chance to know with some students in here.” She explained to me. “And some of them is my classmate! Can you believe it?” as she added again.

“Really?” I acted like I have interest in chatting with her, but actually I’m not. Seeing Yukirin’s face has ruined my mood! “What course did you take?” I tried to follow up with her conversation so that I won’t make her sad.

“I’m taking Nursing course. What about you?”

“Nursing? Interesting~ I just take normal course which is Business and Psychology…” I explained to her while slowly sipping the soft drink.

After that, I take the snacks and start eating them. I didn’t realize that I’m eating in a sloppy way and making my mouth becomes dirty. Something had stuck at the corner of my lips, and the person who realized it is Chenchen.

“Hey! There’s something beside your lips!” as she said while put her thumb beside my lips and wipe it. “Why are you eating like a kid? Very messy! You remind me to my younger sister!” she added again while this time, she wipes my mouth with her fingers.

“Haha, I didn’t realize that…sorry!” I was just blushing and after that, I stop her from doing that to me.

With some reason, why I can feel that someone is currently staring sharply to me?

I move my head to the other side as to bunch of the girls again and saw…..

Yukirin is staring at me! It could be said as GLARE! Ohh! She scared me now! What did I do? She’s making that face again to me! It was like I had done something wrong! What is this glare? She frowns and keeps staring to me!

After 2 hours, I ask Chenchen’s permission to go back to my room because I need to work tomorrow morning.

I’m heading to my work place and currently inside the bus. I don’t really like skirts so I’m wearing formal suits and look like a guy. The place that I’m working is seems okay with my appearance as long as I’m wearing formal clothes. It has been a week already I’m starting my work-placement. I’ve started working before I moved into new room. Well, my major is in business psychology so right now, I’m a trainer. To be honest, this job is quite interesting as it’s giving me challenge how to operate a business. I get to know a lot of people including clients. I’m still learning and this is my life that I need to deal with after I finish my study.

Some people said it’s kinda difficult to work and it’s quite annoying, but hey, life still needs money so people still need to work for living. Especially for me who’s not really rich and having poor life, as my parent is still working to funding my study. Once I arrived at my work place, I start working like usual. It’s kinda tiring but I’m still having fun. I enjoy living like this and I’m really thankful with my life although having poor family. All of my expenses have been sponsored by scholarship and I just have my own salary for my daily expenses.

After finished my works for the first session, I’m having my lunchtime. I’m heading to the place that nearby from my work place. Its not really expensive place as the foods in there is quite cheaper and also delicious. Once enter inside the restaurant, something is capturing my eyes. “Who’s inside?! Open this door! NOW!” shouted the unknown guy with anger. He’s still knocking hard on the door.

“Unnn…” I’m nodding to her while slowly open the door. At this time, due to he’s a guy so I’m acting to be like a guy, although I’m a GIRL actually, but due to my boyish appearance, people were always thought me as a guy.

“What?! Can’t you see I’m trying to have shower, right now?!” I said with anger, making he startled a bit and bowed to me.

“Sorry! I’m really sorry! I thought there’s a girl inside!” as he said and after that, walks away from here.

Once he disappeared, I could feel someone is grabbing my collar from behind and drags me inside the shower room again. It’s her and she closes the door and lock it just like before.

“Wait… why do you wanna know?” I said to her. “And could you please get out now? I need to have shower!” I tried to push her but she’s suddenly….

“I wanna have shower with you…. Let’s shower together then…. ” this time, she’s unzip her dress in front of me.  Before I could stop her, her dress already dropped on the floor and revealing her with lingerie.

“Oh, God… what are you doin…” I couldn’t finish my words, and she’s already grabbed my collar, push me to the wall again and at the same time, she turns on the shower.

I’m getting wet and same with her as the water poured on our body. In a blink of eyes, I don’t really know what happened, her face is already getting closer to me and I could feels her lips met with mine. She kisses me and this makes me feeling really weird!

Today is back to Saturday. So I’m still keeping this job as Barista at this Coffee Shop. Today also is my first day of working. Of course I still want to keep this work because it is quite difficult for me to find this job. I really love this workplace’s environment because for me, it seems calm and comfortable. Yet, the smell of coffee makes me feeling peaceful in my mind. 

Yesterday, Takamina’s mother came and asking us to be the Heir of our family’s company again, and of course I’ve done that.

I’m back to my family’s house and it seems that everyone like couldn’t believe with my appearance last night. My mother was like…

‘Sae-chan! I really miss you!’

She hugged me hard until I couldn’t breath! However, as usual, my brother and my father seem don’t like to see me. My father scolded me of course. And my brother was like…..

‘I thought you said that you would give up on Dad’s company…..’

Like always, he’s so greedy to have company by himself. Like I wanna care about it anyway….

From yesterday, I need to follow new command from my father as he told me,

‘If you really wanna stay in here and living as my daughter, which as MIYAZAWA Sae…. You need to follow with my command.’

Then I asked him,

‘What is it this time, Dad?’

‘Well, as you know that Miyazawa’s Heirs Corporation had signed an agreement with Shinoda’s Group, which was as a ‘Special’ business partner. So, I want you to meet their older daughter, which is Shinoda Mariko.’

Explained my father, making me furrowed my eyebrows while asking,

Just short answer from my father has making me shock.

‘It doesn’t matter whether you are a man or a woman! Her father still could accept it because he really wants to have relationship with us.’

‘That’s insane Dad! Why me?! Why don’t you ask Nii-san to marry her or something like that….’

Hearing my statement, my father is suddenly become angry. With loud voice, he said to me,

‘Are you crazy?! Your brother already have a wife!’

‘Well, I think it’s not wrong to have two wives….’

‘SILENCE! Just follow with my command this time! I want you to meet with Shinoda Mariko after this! I will arrange the date!’

He’s in madness again, but thanks to my mother, she tried to make him calm. Unfortunately, there’s one thing that why I don’t like my mother…..

Because she said to me,

‘Sae-chan….. just obey with your father’s command. Please at least fulfill his needs. He’s sick. And he really wants his daughter to have bright future and be happy. That’s all….’

‘Geezz…. Gimme a break! Why do I have such a family?!’

As I said to them with annoying face. I think, for them, the happiness is money. I seriously don’t understand how they were thinking!

‘Okay, okay…. whatever! I will go to bed now! And I will start working on Monday….’

After that, I was just leaving them without saying anything. And they also did not know that actually I’m working as a part-time worker in this place. There’s no reason for me to tell them. Besides, it’s not that I’m working as full-time in here….

While I’m serving the customer at the counter, suddenly I could hear a loud conversation that not far away from here.

“Ohh! This is what you were doing all of this time?! You were cheating on me?! And see other WOMAN behind my back?!”

I think the way the person talked is more to screaming rather than talking slowly. Hearing the voice, I tried to search for it and could have seen a very familiar figure. This time, I don’t think it’s a coincidence anymore because this will be the fourth times I’ve met with her…..

Ka—shi—wa—gi Ojousama…..

I can see that a guy is currently sitting with other girl at one table, while she’s standing beside the guy. And she’s alone at the moment. As the guy said,

“Well, since that you are not my ‘wife’ as you are my ‘future’ wife. So I don’t think it is wrong for me to see other woman~”

The way he speaks is really rude and yet, he’s grinning to her. With angry tone, she’s suddenly grabbing a glass of water in front of him and splashing it on his face while saying,

*SPLASH!!*

“You jerk! I will not marry you! I will ask my father to end up relationship with your family!”

As she wants to leave the place, I could see that the guy is changing his face while catching his wrist violently. He stopped her from moving away. Watching at the current situation, I don’t have any other choice except helping her for the second times. I’m not sure why, but I think I’m starting to like the way she talked with that stupid ‘rich guy’.

With slow movement, I’m heading to her place silently. They are still looking intense with each other. And the most thing that I really hate is, the girl that he was cheating with, is still sitting at the table while enjoying watching them to have a fight. That is the type of girl that I really hate the most in this world.

“Iiihh! Let me go, Yuya! I don’t want to see your face, you idiot!”

As she’s struggling very hard to escape from him.

On the other side, he stands from his seat while still holding on Kashiwagi-Ojousama’s hand tightly and saying,

“Do you think after you splashed a glass of water on my face I would let you go?! And you forgot one thing! You forgot that your father needs my company to increase your father’s company’s share! You still need to marry me no matter what! And it has been arranged by your own father!”

From here, I’ve noticed that he’s furiously lifting up his hand, as he wants to slap her. However, with my fast movement, I fiercely catch on his arm and stop him.

“Anou na…..Could you at least find the right opponent to have a fight with and not a girl…?”

As I said to him.

“God damn it! You are the same guy as previous day! What the hell are you doing in here?!”

Half-shouted from his voice with angry face. I will try to ignore the ‘guy’ word that he was calling me.

“Actually, I’m working in here and I’m not sure why I keep seeing you in my life!”

I’m harshly pushing down his hand to his side. On the other side, Kashiwagi-ojousama also seems shock with my appearance.

“Ehh?! Sae?!”

“Yes! It’s me again! And I’m not sure is it a bad day or a good day for me to see you for once again…..Kashiwagi-ojousama…..”

As I explain to her. Then, she looks at me with widen eyes. Because this is not the first time that he done this, so I confidently said to him….

“Naa….If you wanna start a fight in here, better you leave before I will do a report to the police that you wanna abuse her…. ”

Hearing that, as he said to me,

“Okay…. okay….. I will leave now….. but after this, I won’t let you go, Yukirin! You will become my wife after this, heh~”

He was just grinning while leaving this place with other girl. Once they left, I could see she’s just standing without saying anything.

“Phewww….. what a guy you want to marry with…..”

As I said while rubbing my back neck. But then, she suddenly said to me,

“I didn’t ask you to help me…..”

“What—?!”

I really confuse with her statement.

“And I didn’t ask you to interfere in my problems for once again!”

She continued, making me accidentally shouting,

“WHAT—?!”

Ouch! That’s harsh actually! If I didn’t catch that stupid guy’s arm previously, for sure her face gonna have some bruise already!

“Well, you heard me….”

As she said with a haughty face and after that leaving me alone in here while other people are looking at me.

“Geez! This arrogant girl seriously makes me crazy! Eeish!”

I whispered to myself while continue my works at the counter.

After 6 hours of working, it’s time for me to go back. Although today don’t really have a lot of customers but still tiring for me to work as Barista and a cashier at the same time. I’m preparing myself to go back. And once I’m out of this shop, unexpectedly, something had capturing my eyes. I’ve noticed there’s a lady who has the same figure as Kashiwagi-ojousama is currently sitting in front of the shop, as her back is facing to me.

At first I thought it was someone else. But when thinking again, I don’t think there’s someone else would wear the same expensive clothes as her. She’s sitting while her arms wrapping on her knees. From behind, deep inside my heart, I could guess that she’s actually crying.

I’m slowly heading closer to her. As I bend down my body, I said to her,

“Oh, you are still here, nee?”

She jolted in surprise when hearing my voice beside her ear. She quickly turns her view to me. Then, I look sharply into her eyes. And this is not the first time I get really closer to her. I didn’t realize that she has pretty eyes.

“Tssk! If I’m still here, it is none of your business!”

She’s rolling her eyes from me. My guess was right….

She is crying. I clearly can see that tears flowing on her cheeks. Watching that, I start to tease her by saying….

“You see…. If you need a shoulder to cry on, you should just ask me you know…..I could give my shoulder to you, don’t be so arrogant—”

Before I could finish with my sentence, I didn’t notice that her hand is swinging on my face and…..

*SMACK!*

She gave hard slap on my cheek! And it’s kinda hurt!

“Ouuufff—!!”

I gasp in pain while shutting my eyes tightly. On the other side, she’s standing from her place and madly said to me,

“You rude! I didn’t ask for your shoulder! And if I want one, I could just ‘buy’ someone to be by my side! I don’t need someone like you to be beside me! You pathetic poor people!”

Hearing her statement sure is making me losing my temper. For me, happiness or sadness could not be found by money. And it’s not money that caused of the sadness. It depends on someone’s feeling. People could not buy sadness with money and people cannot buy happiness by using money. It depends on ‘You’, yourself to find the happiness or sadness.

With angry feeling and with my full strength, I’m forcefully holding on her waist as wrapping my arms around it while saying,

“You arrogant lady, you sure really full of yourself huh?! You said that you can buy someone to be by your side?! Do you think you could buy happiness with money?! Are you happy that he was using you with his money?! You’re really happy with your life huh?! Is that it?!”

“Errghh! Let me go, Sae!”

She’s struggling her body from me. However, she couldn’t escape because I’m hugging her tightly in my embrace. I’m slowly moving up my hands to her face and start holding on her cheeks.

“Hummphh Ummpphh!! I won’t let you go until these tears disappeared from your cheeks. I hate to see a beautiful lady like you is crying because of that stupid ‘rich guy’…..”

As I said while softly wiping her tears with my thumbs.

Good thing that she’s suddenly stunned for a while and not struggling anymore. I look deeply into her eyes, as I continued my words,

“You cannot buy happiness with money you know…… You need to find it by yourself.”

I’m slowly letting her go. She didn’t let out any words except showing me her pretty big eyes.

“And also…… if you really could buy happiness, I would suggested you to buy some manners too….. Make sure don’t appear in front of me after this!”

As I said to her before leaving her alone at the place. She doesn’t say anything and that’s the good thing. After that, without looking back, I was just heading back to my place.

“Hahh…. What a bad day to get a hard slap from her…..”

I sigh while mumbling alone.

“Happy with you life huh? Tsskk….. whatever….”
