Don't let success stop you.
Don’t let success stop you.
Success has a way of slowing you down when you should be speeding up. Don’t let it stop you.
There’s only one way to guarantee continued success. What is it? Hard work.
Keep the forward momentum going. Every time you finish a job, another door opens. It brings with it opportunity. It’s up to you to take action.
Believe in yourself. There is no limit to what you can do.
Have a wonderful day!

Second, I do realize that there is a high potential I won't lose and possibly gain next week.
I have a trend in my weight loss journey that after a big loss I trend to go from +1.6 - -.6 So we will see what happens.
My plan is to keep doing exactly what I did last week. Eat on track, work out, don't go over my points, and track everything I do eat.
I'll show you my tracking report from this week in a second... Â While you will see there is still a spike during the weekend I do track everything and keep myself inside my weekly points.
I wish you all #ContinuedSuccess
and goodnight. (I miss the Phillies. Still waiting for them to score their first run)
