When Nico Development Inc. approached me for their brand identity, they needed a logo that would reflect their expertise in land development and construction.

The challenge was to create a symbol that would stand out in the competitive construction industry. I focused on transforming the letter "N" into something more meaningful—a modern architectural statement. Using perspective design, I crafted the "N" to represent two rising buildings, with carefully placed windows that add depth and dimension.

The copper-toned color palette brings warmth and sophistication, while suggesting the durability of construction materials. For the typography, I chose a bold, contemporary font that grounds the design and reinforces the company's strength and reliability.
