Some random hater: "We shouldn't be giddy about Charlie Kirk's death but you're giddy about Jesus's death. What a hypocrite smh."
Yeah, lemme just mourn a man who rose from the dead and is still alive to this day. Jesus literally WILLINGLY sacrificed himself. Charlie didn't. Jesus's death led to the forgiveness of our sins as he was the spotless lamb. Charlie Kirk's death did no such thing. Jesus then rose from the dead. Charlie Kirk is dead for good. And lemme makes this clear: not a single Christian is giddy about Jesus's death on the cross. We are grateful to Jesus for his sacrifices on our behalf. We are giddy about Jesus saving us from our sin. We sad it took him dying on the cross but he rose from the dead and is alive so instead of mourning our savior who is alive, we show him our gratitude and worship him. There's is an ENORMOUS difference between Jesus's death and Charlie Kirk's. They are NOT comparable and trying to use my religion to tell me that I shouldn't feel bad for Charlie Kirk and his family is pathetic. I pray that anyone who thinks that way realizes how sick and evil such a mindset it.
