I've already talked about Congolinaria, a Congolese vegan restaurant in São Paulo - and I'd like to do it again! Last time I had lunch at their place I had the chance to try out few more dishes.
First one is Ngombe, mentioned in a post from few days ago. The middle dish is called Bitumbula, a kind of acarajé served with sautéed okra in a peanut paste. The last one is Sokomutu, a plantain moqueca with peanut farofa.
They're all not only very aesthetically pleasing but also delicious! Their combination of textures and flavors are amazing.
