Errrrrrr….. I’m not a Louie, hun. Louis’ songs and signals are every BIT as important as Harry waving rainbows on stage. One signal isn’t greater than the other. Harry’s flags were MASSIVELY important, like when he first waved them on stage in 1D, and then AGAIN when it became a thing on his solo tours. His rainbow shirt pins? The IG posts? Maybe waving a flag isn’t the epitome of activism but it sure as hell creates a safe space, makes hets mad as fuck, signals to his community, and helps fans feel comfortable enough to do rainbow light projects and come out at his shows!! Like that’s HUGE. If Louis’ songs bring you personally more comfort, that’s totally fine, but saying that holding a flag is a privilege is like me saying that “out” people are more privileged because they can be themselves, when everyone knows the inherent dangers of that, even if it might have certain advantages over being in the closet.
