I just do not respect conflict aversion. It's beyond wrong to want never-ending agreement.

There are actually people out there that will say things like, “Oh your boss is giving you a hard time? You should just find another job.” or “You’re having problems with your landlord? Guess it’s time to find a new place to live!” and somehow not notice the taste of boot in their mouths.
