The disguised sin was making her rounds around the ballroom. Secretly delighting in the fact that no one has seemed any closer to guessing her identity for another year in the room. Perhaps she was making this too hard to guess...? Surely one of these years someone would get it.

Japan... its been quite a while since the last time Shika visited the island but there’s a reason for her visit this time around. Alastor... Beau wanted her to check on a friend for him, another Alastor also known as Buck... and that he was somewhere here... Japan wasn’t the biggest place but still a heavily populated one and an entire country...

Her ears flicked as her nose crinkled slightly, currently blending in with the other sika deer that roamed the area. Granted she wasnt one herself but she did look quite a lot like them... one of the main reasons for her name in fact. Her hooves clicked against the ground as she slowly ventured about, tail flicking every so often and eyes glancing around. One perk of pretending to be a feral deer in japan was the free snacks! The deer were mostly fed deer crackers, also known as Shika senbei... since they were sugar free maybe she should snag some for Alastor... Cal, in case he’d might like one.... But thats for later! Right now she’s on a mission...

Carefully, Shika ventured around with her nose twitching and flaring, trying to find that certain scent... By the time she finally caught the scent she had a stomach stuffed nearly full of rice bran and grain... Yeah she’s not gonna turn down free food if all she has to do is just bow her head. Her steps picked up the pace slightly, nose sniffing about as she followed the scent. She wasn’t a blood hound but a deer’s nose was still rather powerful~

Eventually, her nose led her to a bar, which she wandered around for a bit before disappearing into some bushes, emerging out glamoured as a normal human. To blend in here, she couldn’t be herself... something she was really missing about Hell but its fine, she’s a satyr. Glamours are just an everyday thing for her.

Her hair was nearly black now and long enough to be put into a ponytail, her freckles gone and eyes a soft brown hue. Cant get anymore generic than that. Best way to blend in after all. With a hum, Shika just strolled around before stepping right inside, though she paused briefly as a strange sense of déjà vu washed over her. Why did this... feel familiar. She was quick to shake the feeling off though and followed her nose to the source before taking a seat right beside him.

Oh, right. He supposed it might be a surprise. He had been more… Cal’s visitor, or- he’d had more success in speaking to the other stag at least. But, he thought a bit of food for them and the like might’ve been nice anyway. Shit. Did he crash the party?

“Th’ doll? Yeh..! Learned t’knit n’ stuff down here, thought that would do your lil one some good. Looks like th’both of the powerhouses that made ‘em. Soft is good for lil ones. Uh- did… you want one too?” This guy, he doesn’t know how to stand in a doorway normally, almost looks like he’s ready to scale it or something. Arms don’t wring like that normally, do they? Usually he crashes shit on purpose he shouldn’t be awkwardly making raptor arms-

The next time somebody insufferable asks for my pronouns, I'm going to tell them it's "radio/radioself" and, if they go on to try to use that in public, deny I ever said this.

That said, why the devil would someone insist against calling you "she"? Don't tell me the "no true lady would get a job and wear trousers" crowd is back—I thought they finally gave up on dying on that hill when they decided miniskirts were the greater threat to feminine modesty.

Or is it the murder? I'll bet it's the murder. Can't tell you how many times I've seen the men get awkward around the one lady serial killer in the room the minute she admits she used anything more hands-on than poison. Personally, I don't think any fellow whose description of an ideal wife involves "a vice-like ##### tightened by rigor mortis" is qualified to weigh in on how women should and shouldn't kill, but that's just me—

⌖ Oh, all reasonable hypotheses! I DO get questioned on both those fronts, and I AGREE with your takes on the matter -- but the primary reason is that, well, I wasn’t always “she!” 

⌖ But, you know, if that’s how that fellow feels, I can’t do ANYTHING about it! I’m not stiff as a board and my respiratory system still functions -- SORRY I CAN’T BE SHE/HER!

When Rosie was first called over to the hospital, she had met with Cal and the baby, Buck having been asleep at the moment. Today, she returned to meet with Buck, who would hopefully be awake when she arrived.

She was thrilled by the occasion, meeting a couple and their newborn baby. And what an adorable baby it was, with the most precious little wings and spaded tail. Rosie had never seen a demonic infant before, but she doubted she’d see any more that were as adorable as Alastor Junior.
