That honesty matters when a family staying warm is on the line.

On top of that, we use forecasting and optimization to schedule repairs before the breakdown, so crews fix the right thing at the right time instead of scrambling after the fact.

The part I keep front of mind is bias. If we only train on data from shiny new buildings, the model will overfit and miss the older ones that need it most. So we are deliberately pulling data from a wide range of housing.
