So, apparently Windows 8 is really hard to find. The OS did not show up on Friday. In fact, it doesn’t even ship until Thursday. So it’s actually gonna be here the next Monday/Tuesday. Joy
So I’m just gonna go on ahead and start my fics back up. Hopefully I can rewrite what I lost. As for drawing, well, I do got a sketchbook that’s still gotta a lot of blank pages. May as well try and fill it up a bit.
Update
So, on the computer situation, it’s actually going pretty okay. My dad ordered the operating system yesterday, and it should be here by Friday at the latest. Soon I’ll be back to writing my fics and drawing my art. Woo! :D
Computer Update
Okay, so my dad took my comp in today, and it turns out my hard drive is completely dead. Which means that all my shit is gone. Luckily it’s JUST the hard drive, so I don’t need a whole new computer, which means we’re out a lot less money than I thought we might be.
Good news though is that I will have my comp back by tomorrow, so I’ll be able to get back to work real soon. And I also didn’t lose ALL of my work, just enough that it’s really annoying and a little demotivating. I still have most of the Chalkzone fic(gotta think up a name for that), which I am IMMENSELY thankful for.
But I do have to reinstall all my programs and games. Again. *sighs*
On the Computer Situation
I’m pausing my Chalkzone fic until I find out if I can get my files back. I lost quite a bit of work on it, and I wanna try and get it back before I try replacing it. I’m also unable to draw until I can get this sorted out.
On the other hand, I'm gonna try to get some one-shots out. Nothing big, just some stuff to keep in practice or whatever. Might also do some sketching in my sketchbook and post photos of that if anybody’s interested.

I realized I only owe about $158 on my t.v., which I got at Best Buy. They give you 18 months to pay it off without interest if you put it on your card and I have until April. At the rate I've been paying, I'll have it done before then. Now I'm thinking, if I could pay it off in the next two or so months, I can get a computer and get the same payment plan. Figured that I could afford $50 a month. $50 a month for 18 months is $900. Which could buy a pretty decent computer. If I asked anyone who wanted to get me a birthday gift to give me cash, I could use that towards my t.v. So I could have a new computer by next month, being that my birthday is on the 4th.
I CAN DO THIS.
Seriously, this thing has caused me more stress than a machine should. ; ~;
I need a working one for school.
