I completed my first full week of my new job! With all my extra hours I also found my routine was really different... and I couldnt fit in all my old "movement compulsions". They were never too extreme or in my way too much...but they were still there. So at the start of this week I must admit I panicked. I was struggling to convince myself it was ok.
Fast forward to now. I didn't eat any differently. And I stopped my obsessive routine. I also feel AWESOME.
I actually feel like my body is ten times healthier responding to it's own rules than the ones society and my perceived standards of "health" forced on to it..
*GASP* WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT.
