What you see here are composition notebooks full of my writing from 2007-2011. Found it while cleaning up storage. I thought I'd gotten rid of most of the notebooks (and I had gotten rid of a few when I moved a few years ago, something I regret doing.) but these survived the "purge"
There's only one that is full, meaning, I had written up to the last page. Most of these, it seemed that I had started writing but for whatever reason stopped halfway through the notebook.
Censored somewhat for privacy reasons.
I was able to figure out the approximate year of these due to one of the notebooks having once been a notebook I used for school. I had scratched out the label with a pen years ago but didn't remove the sticker that said the school year (probably put there by a teacher)
You can see that it says 2007-2008 lol. But I didn't stop writing in composition notebooks until at least 2011. Then I kinda just stopped writing until high school when I moved to digital.
However, I've gone back to my roots recently and bought a composition note book and I'm writing (slowly) a novel there. Which I'll then digitize :) but there's something nostalgic and special about going back to composition notebooks. They're not aesthetic or pretty like the more expensive notebooks but I just love them anyway.
