#complaining mostly

so yesterday I felt accomplished because we did the grocery pickup and both got our COVID shots. novavax for me,those mRna ones are two newfangled for me and I had crappy side effects from them. vaccine is a backup for always wearing a mask when out and never going anywhere almost. I miss family but also since having COVID once i've been even more tired and dizzy so I don't have the energy anyway. poor me.

today i'm more sad because now I have to think about the next things I need to do: telehealth psychotherapy just before the election when I should have scheduled it for afterwards,first ever flu shot (not antivaxx but not enthusiastic about it either) because i'm keeping an eye on bird flu,lab test for high potassium and months late pcp telehealth (which I may not get done before end of year),oh and ordering new glasses...had eye exams in spring...because I can hardly read except on adjustable screen. many of those which entail going out.

Boy oh boy I sure do love working shifts that are arranged in such a way that I literally don’t get to see my son while he’s awake for several days in a row.
