Hey, guys! So I looked into it more and there were some changes to ability stuff in the last gen that I wasn’t aware of, so I made a small change to the Abilities section to reflect it, and it is now up-to-date! 

i have a burning question about how the IV rater works.

“First, he'll rate your Pokemon's entire IV total.

If it is 90 or fewer, he will say that it has "decent" potential. 91 to 120, he will say that it has "above average" potential. 121 to 150, he will say that it has "relatively superior" potential. 151 or more, he'll say it has "outstanding" potential.

Next, he'll rate your highest IV.

If it's 15 or lower, he'll say it's "rather decent". 16 to 25, he'll say it's "good". 26 to 30, he'll say it's "fantastic". For a 31 IV, he'll say it "can't be beat!"

He'll make note of ties for the highest stat. Also, any stats that have an IV of zero will be commented upon as well.”

i’m IV breeding for Growlithes to evolve into Arcanines in Pokemon X, and the IV rater’s system confuses me.

first he’ll say it’s overall IV total (”outstanding” 151+, “decent” < 90, etc.)  then he’ll talk about each IV value separately (”defense is good” 16-26, speed is equally good” 16-25, “special attack is just as good, though” 16-25, etc.) and by the end he says something like, “these stats are fantastic” or “these stats can’t be beat!” when he says that bit at the end, is he actually referring to the greatest IV value (ex. “HP has the greatest potential” means it’s the highest, and if he says “can’t be beat!” at the end, then your HP IV is a perfect 31, and no other stat is a perfect one)? or is he referring to all of the values, rendering the information i’ve given above moot (is my source shitty? is it not explaining something? have i misunderstood?)?

A three-year-old Irish red setter named Thendara Satisfaction, known as Jagger, collapsed and died after returning home to Belgium on Friday from the UK’s premier dog show, Crufts. Police are investigating the case as a suspected deliberate poisoning.
