A pen?
Mizukami: Oh crap, I forgot the pen in the operation room's out of ink
Minamisawa: You worried about something?
Mizukami: Oh, Kai, do we still have a sara (unused) for this pen?
Minamisawa: Sara (plate) for this pen...? We do have plates
Mizukami: Nope, not sara (plates) but sara (unused). I mean a new one
Minamisawa: Aaaah, a new pen! We do! I'll get it!
Mizukami: Thanks, and 'fix' this pen while you're at it
Minamisawa: Fix the pen...!? Can't we just switch it with a new a one...!?
Mizukami: What're you sayin'. I mean go tidy it away
Sorry this one was in my inbox so long. I hope I’ve managed to express how the problem is in the same ‘word’ (though it’s more like a homonym for the first one) having different meanings in different dialects. Two countries regions separated by a common language etc.
